    4/5 of these matches were won by VENOM cause opponents thought IM IW / Peni Parker / SHURI / Iron Doom would be good Defenders … little did they know! 😂 #omnomnom



    Back to topic: Warlock is way better in defense with his Degeneration. But most only use him for attack where he is amazing as well.

    I think sh'es trickier than you let on because bait her heavy means you have to deal with miss/falter after you lay 10 hits on her. I have also lost matches by a marginally small amount just because I can't yet dex her specials and have to take block damage.

    I agree venom is amazing. Warlock on def isn't worth much low sig tho. Once you get to those higher sigs it starts giving some good damage to the opp.

    I don’t mind taking 3% block damage from her SP1 Plasma Beams anytime when Venom is healing back 5-15% with his own SP1 eating Prowess/Armors afterwards.

    True. But if you don't have venom and have to bait 3 sp1's that is 9% block damage possibly more. Just saying not everyone has venom (or has him in their bg deck).

    Shuri is a beast. Her buff really helped beef her up for shorter fights like BGs, and she is amazing in longer fights. Also her non-contact attacks counter attuma and the Sugar-pill tactic that we will see in the next meta of bgs 😉

    She also can be an annoying enough defender if the opponent doesn't have a solid counter to her or are unfamiliar with how to play against her.

    Shuri exceeds in some areas and Warlock at some others.
    I don’t know if overall she is clearly better, but she is definitely a more meta champ than Warlock.
    She is a great BGs double treat, and deals with more “modern” nodes and content.
    Just having completed the 7 challenge, and she was my MVP taking around 40% of the fights.
    Buff immunity, shock immunity, plenty of shock debuffs, access to passive damage, guaranteed crits and ability to block unblockable special attacks is at least a very descent utility package.
    Add the stacking damage over time, and you have a strong damage dealer too.
    She is a top tier Tech champ 😍

    Honestly not a fan of shuri idek why. I took her out of my roster for 7 for 7 challenge for war machine since she was too slow or couldn’t counter the nodes and had better progress with him.

    After the majority voted for her in my rankup poll i started using her more especially in the 7 for 7 challenge and she is absolutely awesome and very fun to play which i think is very important to consider

    Shuri is probably one of the most versatile champs in game, combine that with her excellent damage, tankiness, and the fact she doesn’t need the dupe. And you have a perfect 7* champ.

    Hulkbuster is the better damage nuke and power control champ, but his utility falls very short to Shuri. That said I do prefer to use my 7* hulkbuster because he’s just so much fun to use.

    I actually prefer the insane damage output and utility of a 7* HB. Shuri will get her ass handed to her by Bishop and Havok. HB will not (avoid applying your shock to Bishop).

    It’s a very close call. Both are incredibly useful in their own contexts.
