New event ui is awful

Too much going on, small text, large artwork, can't tell what's where, tiny buttons, can't quickly see what solo event is running. This is a huge step backwards. This should have a beta ui checkbox so I can opt out. Every time I open the events screen by habit I just back out now. It's so difficult to use I don't know why kabam would do this.

Man you have got to be kidding...
Its simplified into oblivion. All of the quests are there together so you dont have to scroll from solo to alliance, you dont have to scroll so much to claim different milestones and it looks literaly 10 years more modern.

+ P.S. a constructive criticism would be actually helpful instead of just complaining.

I agree that's what I've been doing but if they don't bring back the daily event, this is gonna suck hard. I don't want to look at this monstrous UI to figure out which 22 hour event is on

Also the claim crystal animation we have to watch for 3 seconds for no reason is so confusing. Who asked for this. Why add unnecessary annoying things to the game that nobody wants

I'd like to see Kabam add a highlight of some sort to the newest event(s) that started. I see the red notification circle in the corner, click the event menu button, and have trouble easily finding which event is new.

Would also like something similar if you have an unclaimed reward/milestone from a completed event. Went crazy trying to figure out what the red notification circle was for not even thinking to check the completed events tab.

On the old event menu, any new events were highlighted by a yellow/gold box around them. Easy to see. I know I would appreciate something like that (or similar) on this new menu. Not really the coloring that trips me up... just the lack of indicators.

It’s not going anywhere you may as well get used to it, they clearly stated they did it to modernise the look of the game as the old look was “outdated” one change j think I would add to this is moving the tabs in the bottom right corner to the other side and making a notification or something to show what events are new to the screen as yes you see the 1 in the corner you don’t have the highlighted box showing what just started.

Ok, this is more beautiful and vertical line of progress is nice. But that’s all.

As previously written: too small policy (timer …) and claim buttons for my iphone 13. In terms of accessibility, that’s not good.
My wife and I have the feeling that we don’t see better the events. So the change seems to be a fail on some topics.
I didn’t get the idea of mixing solo and alliance objectives. The mix should be removed or be the third choice.

In fact a mix of the old and the new ones would have been fine. Like an image on the left edge. And higher contrast between back and policies.

They also don’t exist in vacuums. Corporations allocate resources. It’s bad enough that we’ve had the same complaints and bugs for quite a while now, but then they introduce a wildly different UI, and we see where their priorities are.

This isn’t rage quitting because Bill is mid and looks like an angry dead parrot, we spend time and $ on this because we enjoy it. This is constructive criticism. Maybe pause the focus on stuff no one asked for and reallocate some funds to fix the persistent bugs instead? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I agree. The new event menu is a huge step backwards. Not user friendly at all. Please bring the old one back. Or at least give us an option to pick which menu we want to see.

It's also laggy and doesn't feel smooth,
Not everyone is playing on 16promax or samsung flip fold goofy phones

Like it's just extra clicks to get rewards from multiple quests.
