I’ve just pulled human torch as a 6* which is great. In my opinion a top tier science champ. Question is, I have him 5* rank 4 awakened sig 75. Does he need the awakening?? Or should I power up the 6* to replace the 5*?

My roster has definitely improved since I last posted 5 days ago. Managed to pull bishop in 2 6* crystals in a row! I think this is really helpful based on my testing with him so far. I’m really intrigued by abs man though. All the tier lists say he’s great, is he complicated to play? I’m just on 5.4.4 and think I have a roster ready for the cav push now. Who would you all use for your team of 5?!

Has anyone got the rewards yet for the summoner engagement - incursions quest yet? Results have been calculated and I’m sure the rewards are usually in by now. The tier 5 fragments I’m waiting on for a rank up which is the only reason I know I haven’t got them yet 🤣

In most cases, intercepting is completely reliant on the AI to want to play. The AI has become increasingly passive over the last year or so, so in many instances intercepting has become more difficult. What you do can potentially do something to help you. I fairly commonly will do MLL dash on repeat, but you can switch up the hits to maybe get the AI to bite, but nothing is guaranteed. The best ways to practice the art of intercepting itself would be to use champs that can inflict infuriate (like Herc or Mantis) or play content where the AI tends to be more aggressive, like AW. You can also practice on paths where the Oscillate node is present (alternates between really aggressive and really passive) or where there's a node that makes the opponent more likely to throw heavies or perform dashes. It is difficult nowadays to manipulate the AI into intercepting because it is passive, but there are at least some places where you can practice timing.

Both great pulls, but out of the two, I'd say rank that piggy up as fast as you can! He is a fantastic asset to your team and will help greatly once you master his play style. Check out videos on how to use him effectively on YouTube. But essentially, place as many 'Porker Poppers' on your opponent as you can, and then let them destroy themselves!
Thanks - Really helpful and looks like an interesting champ for sure! I was due some luck after my recent 6* pulls!! I also got 2 of them Loyalty things from AW rewards. Am I best using them to buy 7* shards? As far as I can see I can't use them for the loyalty crystal shatter yet as I'm not Paragon.
It's always the way that you will pull a lot of duds before you start bringing in the god-tier champs. I think I had about 8/9 6*'s before I pulled one that was actually any good!! It just takes time.

I already have 6,000 7* shards so the 2 shatter tokens will give me 8,000. You can buy your first 7* crystal for 10,000 shards in the featured shop so I'm not far away now!

Oh yea, I forgot you could get your first 7* for only 10k! I thought that was a time restricted thing, but obviously not. Fingers crossed you pull someone useful.
I ranked up the pig to rank 2, but who in my current standard roster would you replace him for?! I think his lack of health holds him back a little bit (easy to say “don’t get hit”) but I arent that skilled 😂
I wouldn't say he needs to replace anyone. It's more to give you diversity and options. I don't have a 'set' roster, it will always change depending on the quest, defenders, nodes etc... But Spider-Ham is a great counter for a lot of fights, especially some awkward Mystics.

That’s fair - I definitely need to look at paths and nodes before settling on who I take into battle. Do you think I’ve got the roster to get to Cav for an average skilled player? I’m struggling on 6.1.2 right now, wondering whether to take up a cosmic champ to make the tech path and sentinel/ultron easier but not sure I have an ideal cosmic. (Why can’t I just pull CGR/herc/hulkling) 😂

Thanks - this is me showing my newness to the game again, but I’ve joined a new alliance, and want to place some defenders for next war. There’s only 6/10 people on the map so there’s space, and the alliance isn’t enlisted in this war, but I can still only spectate. I can’t join. In some alliances do you have to be invited to join the war? The join button is greyed out for me at the moment.
