    This is taking too long, your daily players deserve better than this. You’re cutting our progress trough the game, we all deserve and should get a compesation for all this time we have missed. @Kabam Miike

  • It’s the opposite for me.. I am Dubai and cannot log in using my WiFi only working with mobile data

    Im on iPhone 7+ and have no problems it seems to be a T-Mobile problem but Im on AT&T also this only seems to be affecting T-Mobile users atm

    Hence the title of this thread.

    Hey Everybody,

    I have an update for you, though it is not quite a resolution just yet. We have found a potential fix for this issue, and are testing it right now, but are very confident that it will get you all back into the game! However, this fix will require a brand new update to be made to the game.

    We're working on getting this new update together as soon humanly possible. We'll let you all know as soon as we have more information.

    Please hurry! We are missing out on so much. Especially alliance questing. I have champions placed for war and attack faze will soon begin. I’ve lost much shards opportunities in black panther event. Seriously you guys should recompense all those affected.

    I’m on Verizon network and just got the iPhone X won’t let me play while on data. The game lets me log in but keeps freezing up especially while I’m trying to play the event quests. Keeps kicking me back to the previous page
  • I’m on iPhone 7 and I’m on T-Mobile network, how long it’s gone be until y’all fix the problem?

    I feel like I can actually hear the gears grinding while Kabam tries to think of a new way of saying the fix is "coming soon."

    Not sure exactly how long it takes once you think you have a fix to install the build on a phone running on the T-Mobile network and see if you can connect, but it doesn’t seem like it would take the five hours it’s been since the last update from the mods. Hopefully it’s already been tested and submitted to the AppStore and we’re just waiting for review and propagation.

    well this is the latest, I can’t seem to log in with the WiFi on. What’s going on Kabam? We’re in the middle of war right now and if I give my log in to someone I’ll be in big problems with you guys. Harold1980 remember that name....... alliance (ZKil)

    They had better get a fix for this before the weekend because all the Mods will be off for the weekend and I'm not gonna be too happy if I don't get any update on the problem for days when this should have been tested a hell of a lot more before being submitted for approval by the game developers.

  • First off I do hope kabam fixes this soon because I hate trying to find WiFi to play and can’t do so at work. Second I hope when they do fix this they can find away to compensate us and only us. Not everyone else that has been able to play without issues

    Even on WiFi now at home still not able to operate as normal with the lag and others in my ally also having freezing issues and more. Turn WiFi off and....k8qzebiwdup2.png

    Looking at the rest of the threads I think we have more than one issue wrecking shop on this game. Be patient and expect nothing in return - the game is in the hands of a bunch of people that are probably not paid very much and cannot afford a hot meal. We could start a gofundme account to get them a blanket and a candle to make their lives more comfortable. Do not talk down to those less fortunate....

    Today I tried logging in on my T-Mobil I-phone, data and got not connected to the internet error. I am using I-phone 6s. I had full bars on my phone and LTE connection. Now when I returned to WiFi, ok

    Also forgot to mention that this occurred only after 17.0 update. Yesterday before the update, I was able to connect/log in to the game on my phones data plan
  • So... I am pretty annoyed because this affected my arena rewards, typically I would grind during my breaks and lunch at work and would typically get me around 1 mil+ in pts and because of this issue I fell pretty short of what I had wanted. I get people are saying we shouldn’t be thinking about compensation but, it’s still pretty unfair. I hope we can get some type of resolution to this quickly.
