I brought that up to show that Drax had a ubique medium that is recommended to go through passive-evasive abilities as Vulture’s Decoy works as a built in dexterity but intercepts the opponent during the dash back after already using the triggering evasive ability

Astral evade is not a simple evade mechanic ...
Drax wasn't ignoring the evasion, only the hit that came after that. That was a bug and it was fixed by accident now
Drax has not been changed, and we will not be taking any further actions here. This has always been an inconsistency that was based on Device performance. Sometimes, it would work, and sometimes it would not. Drax is working just as he should.
