Aarkus is an intelligent living creature, therefore he is a being.
Aarkus comes from Smokeworld. Smokeworld is a dimension other than our own.
Therefore it completely makes sense to have him be a dimensional being. The only question is why Clare Voyant isn’t.
Because Clare is from earth, and has no ability to traverse dimensions.
If you consider Hell a different dimension (which Kabam seems to, considering Mephisto is a dimensional being) then yeah, she can. Besides, Hood is a DB and he can’t dimension-travel, he just has demon powers, like Clare.

Mephesto is FROM another dimension . Again Clair is from Earth.

But like I said, so is Hood. Also, you could argue that she’s not, seeing as she died and it’s really her reincarnation coming back. I don’t really believe that last point though, I’m just playing Devil’s advocate.
This is not a bug. Vision (Aarkus) is not intended to be a Dimensional Being.
This is the description for him that says he is.
Aarkus (The Vision), the Keeper of Law, is a dimensional being that is bent on eradicating The Battlerealm of evil. Drawing his power from Smokeworld, Aarkus can call upon the powers his homeworld feeds him. This ability allows him to manipulate the environment around him, appear at will through the smoke he generates, and if he must, conjure up the forces of his homeworld to create a bone chilling experience for those who dare to fight him. Evil doers, beware.

You may want to double check that. This seems like a case where you are trying to have your cake and eat it too, he is described as a dimensional being, yet you are trying to keep danger sense from working on him. It seems you should just make him immune, or reduced AA instead of playing like this.
Even do he comes from another dimension, so as everything in this game, everything is categorized as you see fit, game logic and lore itself be damned.
Shocker.
No, everything comes from a different universe, dimensions outside of the universe construct.
@Kabam Miike if Aarkus isn’t a dimensional being that pulls his powers from another dimension his description should be updated or blade should be updated to say he works against champs Kabam deem appropriate

Why on Smokeworld not?
Simply because he was not designed to be one. There's not much more to it!
I understand your reasoning, but my problem with this is that if there’s a tag that’s called “Dimensional Being” all dimensional beings should be tagged so. If you pick and choose which champs get tags that define them, you might as well call it “Tag 1” and have Blade’s Danger Sense activate on “Tag 1s” instead. There’s no point in having a Dimensional Being tag if it’s not being put on dimensional beings.

I think the biggest point in your favor here is Magik, who pulls her power from Limbo in what sounds to be almost exactly the same way tha Aarkus pulls his power from Smokeworld.
@Kabam Miike seems there IS much more to it, no need to speak down to a member of the forums... go see the devs who have clearly stated and written that he is a dimensional being!!

You don't need to be so snarky about it. The description on the champ clearly says he is a dimensional being. So what's the point in the tagging system for abilities to use if they're not being used correctly?

That's how it is. Maybe he isn'tin this game, but is somewhere else
Thought you were saying he shouldn’t be a dimensional being.

...ok I’ll stop
You’re saying he IS a Dimensional Being.
So how can it be simple that he isn’t one?
