i just wanted to report this also, I don't get Face me from bleed or most debuffs, sometimes i get it but it stays on for like a second or so and disappears again (even if the debuff is still on me)

Read the announcement, it says very clearly what heroes go to the basic crystal each month 'till they catch up with PHC releases. And yes, they need to catch up 1st
