Since I started playing the game I hear this “we want to encourage player diversity” song. Almost 3 years now. Yet every single change you do fosters the opposite. The second you rank up a champ you are locked in, because upgrade materials are so scarce. On the other hand there are clearly good and bad champions. So now…

Same here. People who walk through NCs and MODOKs and everything that is hard are getting wrecked by Sentinels. How can you say they are not harder? They are a lot harder. At least have the decency to say “hey we decided that AQ is to easy, made it harder”. But this smoke and mirrors communication is really annoying.

Just be patient. I play this game for 2 years now and au started out just as you. You‘ll get to the point where you can do most of the content. But also it never stops. This game is designed to be endless, so it depends where you are in the progression.

Evade is broken, try it for yourself. Also the Sentinels are extremely passive, no attack no parry. I took the damage mostly from blocking specials, not much you can do about that right now

Just took 50% blocked damage from a single Sentinel. They sure aren’t harder the Symbiods...

Yes it’s broken. You can’t evade the red beam on sentinels anymore or the sp2 of Yellow Jacket

So you made AQ harder but kept the rewards the same? (Sentinels are a LOT harder to fight, if you claim otherwise you should probably try for yourself first) Have to say I’m not surprised that not a lot of people are big fans of this change.

I like this, sound like a great addition to the game. Have to agree though, apart from the top 300 the rewards aren’t very exciting. Sure free stuff, not going to complain, but so swim in T4CC and T4B anyway. Also we have to remember that this game is essentially pay to win, especially on the top. So getting in the top 300…

Yes it is hard, but oh now way too hard. I had to grow into those challenges, too. Give it some time, you will manage it. Lots of people with strong rosters still breeze through those challenges, so you have to find some middle ground.

Quite simple, because it's not random at all. I bet there quite a few factors at play like "amount of time you haven't logged in", "power level of the champion" etc. that determine the drop. Now if Kabam would have to disclose all those factors at play, people would get really angry and they want to prevent that at any…

Yea, I kind of have to agree to that. Saying "there will be a discount of 50%" and then only discounting a single item of each was kind of misleading. Poor communication as always.

No it's not. It's really lazy design. "Hey we need to make it hard and make players spend a lot of units" - "Just put a ton of unavoidable damage and a heal block in". Because it still costs time, and time is pretty valuable for most of us. The rewards on the lower levels are more or less useless apart from the dice. It's actually really annoying that I'm forced to do those just to get rerolls in the harder levels. I think that's bad game design.

They are not underestimated, just a lot worse in power and usability compared to other champions.

Iron Man. My roster isn't better btw. RichiesDad79. I have loki dupe, Iron Patriot dupe, Ronan dupe. And I bet you that every champ has a specific drop rate. That would still be random, at least random enough to call it random.

Nah, 50 bucks for a 5* while most of the champs in the crystals are meh doesn't ring my bell.

1000 5* shards equals a full 4* crystal? Seriously? Apart from that, sounds like a cool event. Very complicated though.

Wolverine Dupe. He has the best healing factor in the game and when you are just starting out you can expect to get hit a lot :)
