And other Tiers supposedly have their WR change cut in half from what it is during Season. (except that has not seemed to be the case for mine these 2 weeks off-season, first week were half, then went back to normal change this past several wars).

I assume that new one is Android ? Can you install MCOC on it, just can’t access your game account ? (or is it a non-native pseudo-Android without official Google PlayStore ?) Latest monthly release notes had included something about changes upcoming for Leadership control over AW Defense. They replied, saying it wasn’t quite ready yet. But looks like it is in the works for sometime hopefully soon.

You need to have your game account tied to a Kabam ID. And then use that Kabam ID login info when logging into that https://store.playcontestofchampions.com/ website. If you submitted a request ticket to Support, detailed info including names of those players, and timeline of leaders actions. Then Support can probably allow the Raid Rewards to go to them as if they didn’t momentarily get kicked.

Arena does NOT give out War Energy item. Must be a visual bug, messed up Resource ID pulling up incorrect icon. (*and if it is ongoing for you, might be a Resource ID table mismatch in your device's game files. Maybe try deleting and re-downloading game from scratch. Did you get them to unranked someone who was also leveled up a little afterwards ? Normal, they need to NOT have anything else done. Also, NOT use them for any quests, otherwise it could be seen as doing that just for that quest, and then want to use it on someone else for different quests.

The pics do NOT say that you actually already have him. I’m assuming you mean because of the darkened/blue'ish color on him, which is how normally Dup'd champs appear when you open crystals. As opposed to a fully colored champ in crystal openings if they are New. Nope, in Arena Rewards details that has a different meaning…
