Shocker has some insane sp2 damage no doubt. Easy peasy. I like the utility of warlock too, so I guess it boils down to utility or sheer destructive power.

With suicide masteries running- Red Hulk is a monster. His passive ability turns poison into massive extra damage (heat charge). Omega Red is by far my favorite. Bleeding triggers his death field, which is all he needs to stack D.O.T. Wanted to throw Red Hulk some love though, he’s a beast.

Never forget the passive ability powers that may be found in the likes of Ant-Man and the legendary Iron Fist. Takes their crit damage and just tears away at their coat tails and scratches at their eyes with claws of mud.

I thought it was about forcing him to block for a few seconds, simply by dash attack, dash back and mid atk, he should be holding block until you see “swashbuckler” on screen. Useful in many situations.

Cosmic synergy is good. The BB, Ronan synergy is royal family, or something like that. CapIW has a nearly identical buff that stacks. Agree with OP on this one. An awakened 5* Hawkeye (rank 4 Signature 101) can deal out 15,000 bleed damage from the very first SP1. If lucky enough to trigger his signature anyway.
