Re: First 7 Star R4 Need Advice
I'll do venom or photon since they're duped.
If bg focussed, go for photon.
Looking for a fun option? Hype or venom.

Re: How to Not Lose Points to Modders
Lemme tell you guys one celestial secret.Incorrect information.
The modders at the top gets banned much faster than the rest of our peasant tiers.
Except for that one season when a modder was sitting on c1 for 2-3 days lol.
They have closed groups with members from kabam present. Actions are taken rather swiftly when a modder enters those realms.
So, this is not a uniqe favoritism, this preference is given to all top guys and they earned that by reaching those ranks.
The only modders who survive the bans are the ones who have been modding for few hours, new ones.
You guys are ignorant to the fact that top ~20-30 celestial players constantly are communicating with each other about who is playing, who is streaming, who is queuing and much much more.
Anybody who is saying that a modder needs to be banned swiftly, I suggest you to join those groups, the top cream of the competitive mode.
You can't enter those as you are not in those ranks, as simple as that.
....
This post was made in bad faith. A rather selfish take on the issue.
I too absolutley do not care about lagacy, but that's a personal opinion. He is just a player like us outside that opinion.
In this particular case, lagacy was streaming and he cried for help from kabam people (yes I went and watched the 5 minute of the stream), and luckily they were there. If this perosn was another celestial player, they were watching, the actions would have been the same.
I don't know who has the power to ban these guys.
Fintech is new, so I'll assume he can only report.
Mike is not a technical dev(kinda), but he have more reach in the office.
Nah is an actual Dev, I'll assume he can ban players by himself. No, I don't know how they work.
....
I won't reply to popcorn, as this is not the right thread to talk about how and why these modders are allowed to roam freely. I get what you are saying... but this thread is not the one to discuss that.
....
All in all, things are different for top players. We peasants are not part of it. Thats how the world works. Make peace with it.
Bero lost the match and the points couple of months ago as quoted by OP. So not as fast as Lagacy modder got banned, in case bero's ever got banned.
You're constantly saying on all your replies that things are different for top players and we peasants are not part of it ?
Do share the rationale for why it should be different for Bero and Lagacy ?
Also do share the rationale if the top players should also get higher rewards for let's say completing wheel of date and we peasants should make peace with that too ?
I mean, is there a limit to making peace or "us peasants "should have limitless peace ?
I better head to the Himalayas in that case.
Re: How to Not Lose Points to Modders
Incorrect again. Bero was number one and he lost the points as quoted by OP.Get to the top by being among the best...you'll be kabams number 1 favorite person and you can rise above the hate you get in forums. FrThen it definitely seems a favouritism thing and breaks the competitive nature of the game mode.I would never reach or want to play at these “top levels”.No they don't. They take away from the cheater but the cheated is left empty handed.
Y’all are cutthroat.
But do they not adjust points based on banned players at the end of events like this? No idea how it works.
I guess that would be hard in this case as that specific modder probably stole a lot of points and possibly ranks along the way skewing the points for everyone except one player.
It is a pretty slippery slope and definitely not cut and dry.
I believe AW is the same way, they dock points from the "cheating" alliance; but they don't give the points for winning to the cheated alliance.
Re: How to Not Lose Points to Modders
Kabam banning a cheater immediately and preventing other players losing points when facing them is a good thing surely?A better thing will be to return the points lost to all the players that this and other cheaters played against surely ?
I can’t imagine Kabam get to see many instances of actual live cheating happening in BG’s, so I can understand that they went outside their BAU ban process.
OP has an irrational hatred of Lag’s though so there’s definitely some bias going on here on their part..
Re: Stream Recap - August 1, 2025
If you rearrange the letters "Ackbar67" ever so slightly, they'd spell "G.O.A.T."
As usual, Great recap! Can't wait for August build, looks promising with the rewards and so much to cover.

In Battlegrounds when...
after multiple losses in a row you begin to sympathize with Winter Soldier in ROL.
Just came to mind after now 4 or 5 losses straight as I'm in Platinum I trying to get to Diamond I. Hoping I can pull off Diamond I and maybe even get in to Vibranium.

Re: How Much fun are you having playing MCOC?
Not much, to put it mildly. I don't mind hard content even. Like wheel of something, the newest thing they made that is challenging, is actually not too bad. But on release day I couldn't take down even half of Gor's health in one go, about a week ago I soloed him when my revives started expiring on the first attempt. And no, my skill didn't improve inbetween. They apparently changed something, which is my first point - bugs, bugs everywhere, and the shady way kabam deals with them.
Second big thing for me is how grindy all the other content with meaningful rewards is, like bgs. Probably the only exception is raid week
