hello! Honestly this is getting ridiculous. I’ve posted this more than 2 weeks ago now, and to date, we still haven't received a concrete response to the problem from Kabam. How much longer must we wait? We're talking about characters that were extremely powerful in the 6-star version and an event in which people, myself included, spent real money! Your company made more than $13 million in December alone last year. I find it truly outrageous that you are not giving us answers and are not prioritising to fix the problem. I also read that you wrote that you are focusing more on issues that affect all players, but you only need to play 30 minutes of battlegrounds to realise that everybody has these characters. Stop messing with the community! GIVE US A SERIOUS ANSWER OR, WHILE YOU FIND A SOLUTION, GIVE US OUR RANK DOWNS AND USED STONES BACK. Wasn't trying to divert the conversation to something else at all. It's just some people started trying to take advantage of this thread and apply this whole situation to KP too when really that's just how KP is because of inequity. He has always felt underwhelming for anything that wasn't war or questing

Quick update on this issue -

The team has been actively digging into this since the reports came in. Pinpointing the exact root cause, and determining the right way to address it, is more complex than simply observing lower damage numbers and tweaking a few values. If it were that straightforward, we’d already have a solution deployed.

Yesterday was a holiday, and with the long weekend, much of the team was offline.
As I’ve mentioned before, these are real people doing the work - this isn’t an area I can personally hotfix or adjust on my own, and I'm not going to make people work on the weekends or holidays.

That said, there is definitely an issue - that was pretty apparant from the start.
Good progress has been made, and the Team has now identified the underlying cause.

I’ll be connecting with a few key people tomorrow once they’re back in the office to finalize the plan and timeline. Once that’s locked in, I’ll share a clearer update with the wider community.
But ultimately, as expected, there will be a fix, and these Champions will perform as they are expected to.
