totally agree they brought the radiance store and immediately removed the solo event so you can now buy your 7.5K 7* shards and 2.5K titan shards with your radiance and your elder marks are worthless because the ally event doesn't give anything special. this is how kabam works they tease you with a new store and cancel the other. imagine if you farmed too many shards Must be a crime or something i guess

From what I've understood of the ban wave, they clamped down on people playing on third-party devices. Are you just playing the game from the Google App Store/iPhone equivalent on your phone/tablet, or on PC via Kabam's own client? If the answer is "no" and you're playing the game through some other means, that's what got you banned. Even if you didn't do anything wrong when playing via a third-party software, it's still against the TOS and will get you banned.
I've been there myself. I got banned back in 2020 for that very thing. You may have reasons that you think are perfectly reasonable (I had at the time), but like I said, it's ultimately still against the TOS.

It still serves a purpose as an alternative energy for the game mode. Less valuable, but your other option is burning units through energy refills or waiting for your energy to refill on its own.

This is the message I got this morning and after sending a ticket this is the response I got just now
It says that my account determined to have been accessed by an unauthorized distribution of The Contest. I am playing this game like always did for the past 15 months. No account sharing, no mod. I have downloaded the game from play store. Okay
So what I think happened was vpn. I log in game (kabam account) either with my wifi or mobile data. But when I go to summoners market I cannot get access to xsolla login page, it was when kabam was handing out free 7 star guardian for paragon and valiant players, so I tried to login using a vpn and it worked. Been doing it ever since. What I think happened was when they launched this cheat detection software, it may have detected that my in-game login internet address and my summoner market (vpn)internet address is too different, thus it concluded that my account has been accessed by a third party or something like that. I don't know, what do u guys think?

I downloaded the game from Google play store since I have started playing 9 years ago and un-installed it just now and re-downloaded it again from Google play and upon opening the game it shows I am still suspended for 6 days. Please fix this immediately as I have never used any 3rd party software whatsoever and this ban is costing me time in alliance events. This is ridiculous to be wrongfully banned out of nowhere due to your lack of research on individual players before running your ban detection software.
