I downloaded the game from Google play store since I have started playing 9 years ago and un-installed it just now and re-downloaded it again from Google play and upon opening the game it shows I am still suspended for 6 days. Please fix this immediately as I have never used any 3rd party software whatsoever and this ban is costing me time in alliance events. This is ridiculous to be wrongfully banned out of nowhere due to your lack of research on individual players before running your ban detection software.

So if I’m following, any download not from an approved source got your account banned.

That leads to some questioned based on what I’ve gathered from the posts I’ve looked at:

1.How did you determine which ones got full bans and which one got 7 or 30 days?
2. Are you expecting the 7/30 day ban folks to know that’s the problem?
3. And are you going to allow them to keep playing or will they be flagged again as soon as the ban is lifted?
4. Are they supposed to delete the game and go get it from a legit source or can they keep playing the way they have been after it ends?

Some clarity on those kind of details both in game and other places (forum/discord/etc) might help along with investigating all the false positive claims.

My 8 years old account has got permanently banned! Yes i accept i have used third party app in the past when I was new to this game & i was punished for doing the stupidity, my account got temporarily banned at that time but since then i completely stopped doing this nonsense forever but today when i tried to login, i saw that I'm permanently banned? Why???? I swear to god & those i love i didn't do anything!! Not this time no!!! Now I'm mature enough to understand that what will happen if I do something like this but then why?!!! I had recently updated the game in my mobile & also i had recently downloaded PC version of the game from the official website to check how it works on PC. Is it because of that? But i downloaded it from offical website! Then why?!! I need help!

Kabam, you can't even adjust your AI, let alone ban someone properly. The lack of support and stupid decisions are part of the routine. I started playing at the beginning and I see the decline of this game daily, BUG, ​​CHEAT, totally manipulated AI. Anyway, I believe this game won't last until the end of the year. I’ve only ever downloaded the game or upgraded from Apple App Store. I wouldn’t know a mod or 3rd party software if it bit me in the ass. I’m 67, started playing this game because it helped with my arthritis. Now my account is banned and I have no idea why.

Can we get clarity on this statement

"Another couple thousand accounts have received warnings for potential infractions"

What was the warning?

1) 7 days bans

Or

2) a Msg you have been warn for potential infractions

Well i got suspended for 7 days for using pc version (official).
It said i used third part software,which i didn't
Some people said overclocking your gpu might count as one,like why?
I have the worst gpu ,gt710 and my game won't run good enough without overclocking a lil.
And for anyone going to attack me for being a cheater,
Well i challenge if i really used cheats or broke TOS for using 3rd part software then kabam can perma ban me,no problem

I love how they're calling it a ban wave issue lmfao to make this situation even more laughable, all of these accounts seem to be from non english speaking countries. Why is it that there are very few accounts from English speaking countries banned? Based on my own experience, 90% of modders I faced last season and on previous seasons either had European or Asian looking names so to me this makes even more sense.

It didn't send me my potion and revive twitch drops last time. I saw someone say it only works if you wait an hour to claim it. So I waited an hour to claim my energy and it did work. Pro tip. 😉
