Additionally, I barely scraped GC last BG season. Have been getting crappy match ups in BGs since new season started. Spent so much items to complete valiant monthly last month and saved back to start this month now that I have free time. Logging in just to see I'm suspended! If I was cheating, then why the heck would I struggle this much..and why the struggle? Due to constant lagging and glitching from the game! And nothing is wrong with my internet connection, cuz that's the first thing that's blamed. Through all this ****, I'm still here because of my team and the fantastic group we have formed, the friendships built, the cooperation, heck we are more like family and nobody does nonsense to violate kabam's services unlike some others who cheat to win wars etc. We are Gold 2 and finally made it to Gold 1 with our last win! Again, kabam I'm very upset for this suspension! You need to learn to treat your supporters better! You have the power, right? Where does the pay come from??? US!!! THE COMMUNITY that you are screwing!!!

I just received a suspension for 7 days from kabam for absolutely NO REASON! I am an active player who sign in multiple times daily, whenever I have spare time. I use NO illegal software or methods of gameplay! I am in Diamond 4 in BGs, Valiant, barely have r3 7* champs, crappy pulls majority of the time, hardly had time for arenas, hardly time to complete monthly events (just focused on alliance based events and whatever limited-time events I can complete for rewards). Only returned back to MCOC about 1 year ago after leaving because of crappy pulls and lagging gameplay, when saving up for months to open multiple crystals at a time using units. I've saved the hard way by grinding units through arenas and monthly quests, etc back then. Spent on monthly subscriptions and on the double track events when I first returned. What the **** is this Kabam? You are suspending people off of guesses now! I am all for the ban for the cheaters but this is the first time I've ever been suspended and I did absolutely NOTHING wrong! I have NEVER violated the terms and never will. Played this game since it first came out and recently returned and was enjoying the game again! Fix this nonsense or you will lose the entire community with your unfair ****! My alliance is depending on me for activity and as a leader! I can promise this will be the last straw for me, as well as many others who spend lots on this game, concerning kabam as a whole, if this is not rectified!!!

I hope for kabam sake they havent messed this up because if they have this incident could kill the game.

It won’t kill the game but it’s a serious black eye, maybe two.

Someone is probably getting fired for this, which I feel bad about but hopefully they learn not to release a major update like this on a Friday and then have support disappear.

You’re assuming all the complaints are legit, and the bans are in error. It’s possible, but presuming that as your default position would be historically unwise.

You are 100% right in that both I’m assuming this is a mistake and that I’ve backed up users with bans in the past (mostly incorrectly) due to my naivety of believing people wouldn’t post here if they were actually cheating.

This feels different. Maybe these are all legit cheaters and I’m gun jumping. It just doesn’t seem like it to me.

I’ll shut up about the issue as there’s nothing really helpful I can contribute, and watch the drama unfold.
