Are there actual wars going on right now? Our alliance has been unlisted the past two. I see teams saying they will drop in rating, but if no wars how does a team still drop in standing?
We finished one today but we were kicked out of matching
Ok. Thanks for helping me understand. I have enlisted our team the past two and both have been cancelled. I can understand the concern. Strange that it has kicked our team our twice now and some have been able to play?
Seriously stop the season and fix the problem before we spend resources on wars if we might lose our enlistment status the very next war causing us to drop in ranking.
My ally didnt have a war this weekend, and I just chalked it up to forgetting to enter matchmaking. After today's boot from matchmaking, now I'm not so sure.
My alliance has now been unenlisted for 2 wars in a row. KS4E King Slayers we have dropped from gold 2 rank 650 to gold 3 rank 280 after starting the season 8-0. I see some alliances have recieved byes for this problem but my alliance has not. My team eagerly awaits a solution on this.
Hey @Kabam Miike@Kabam Zibiit@Kabam Lyra@Kabam Porthos@Kabam Vydious We enlisted again after we were automatically unenlisted during the black friday of mcoc game....today we were supposed to be finding an opponent ....again we got unenlisted....what is going on? Please do reply
This become ridiculous, we are also missed now 2 war and we are war focused ally, from plat4 drop to G2, @Kabam Miike when we will get answer, what will happend with our season rewards? We put lot of effort, use items for what?
How is the bye AW score fair when it’s 15k pts more than the team should get for a win. Plus, Iam certain other players don’t find it nice to spend their resources (Units on boost and potions plus stocked potions that cost glory) while other teams don’t have to and gain extra points. (The blame is not on them obviously). The solution is complicated and there’s no way everyone will be happy with it.
@Kabam Miike@Kabam Zibiit@Kabam Vydious@Kabam Lyra@Kabam Porthos this isnt the 1st time or the 2nd time this happened to my alliance during a war season. We sent in a ticket the first time and was told “sorry about your luck” in a few more words than that. What are you actually going to so now that it happened to more than just a few alliances?
GO4G Aces and Queens Alliance We've enlisted our alliance for the next war unfortunately there is no war match found on the said date.. and we were shock whats happen until my officer inform me about the bug that should be fix by your team.. Please do something about our problem..
It’s weird. We were kicked out of match making twice now. But unlike a lot of other people our alliance didn’t get a “bye” what is the deciding factor of being removed and getting vs not getting a “bye” it seems unfair to me.
I checked to make sure we was 100% enlisted and it was match making. Now it says enlisted next war in 2 days. Why dont you just shut the game down for a day and fix it properly !
We were also enlisted and set to start matchmaking (I'm an officer and always check before the end of a current attack phase so we're ready) the day the game was shut down. When the game came back it said we did not start matchmaking, which we had before the game crashed. Not being able to participate in the round knocked us out of the higher bracket. Completely unacceptable. We should not be punished for the failings of this game and Kabam's actions of not "investigating" this issue.
Same happened to our alliance as well. Between this, the contest being up and down the past few days and the random leadership changes from not long ago, things have been a mess lately.

Sorry about your luck.. sent to a few more alliances than just you this time..
This is now the second AW that we have been unenlisted for now, plus other ally has also now been unenlisted for this AW as well. This AW season is now ruined and this is getting ridiculous. Master 1 reward compensation for everyone and write off the rest of this AW season
The remedy is simple. Let the season continue and award everyone one tier above where they end up ranking. If you wnd up p4 you get p3 rewards. I’d you end up p2 you get p1 rewards. I’d your #1 you get % increase. Costs kabam nothing. Everyone is compensated for BS. No one is “penalized” it’s that easy.
We are aware of this situation. Our main concern right now is returning the core Gameplay of the game, and will work to resolve these issues afterwards. A lot of them will require compensation, as we won't be able to undo some of what has been done, but we will work to make it right for all of you.
I understand the frustration is real, and tensions are high here, but everyone needs to take a step back and take a breath. Yes, MANY are getting screwed because of the bugs that occurred, and apparently still occurring. Kabam is getting screwed too. This isn't good for their game. This wasn't done with intent, it just happened.
So, for clarity's sake let's go over all the problems, and how they've impacted the Season standings. 1st, the original loop bug that caused some Alliances a loss due to an inability to kill off a Boss, or Bosses. Not only did they lose the war, they lost a TON of points (my Alliance is in that group). 2nd, the Alliances that were un-enlisted and didn't get a bye. Some more than once. 3rd, those that did get a bye got more points than most could in the best case scenario. All of these together have essentially destroyed the Season standings.
There's no easy fix here. Some say double back to the final war and use those standings, but that's problematic for those of us that got bonked by the loop bug and have bounced back next war. Can't use the standings as is either because some have dropped a reward tier, or multiple tiers. There's THOUSANDS of Alliances involved in Seasons. That's a LOT of data to comb through. There's also still 1 more cycle of war left in the Season. This gives those who haven't been un-enlisted time to catch back up (or fall further down).
So, I still feel my original idea was the most effective way to do right by the majority, but with 1 extra detail added in. Those that did get de-enlisted should be tallied up, and given Season rewards based on their rank as of War 7. Those that didn't will continue to duke it out and land where they land. The additional detail that should get added on, the 5 war minimum should be scrapped this Season because of the timing. Some will inevitably not qualify due to this issue occurring when it did. They moved to an Alliance with 5 to go and their new Alliance suddenly couldn't participate in war due too un-enlistment occurring. That ain't right by a LONGSHOT.
Kabam has their plate overflowing with a steaming hot pile of dung right now. They've made it very clear they're going to do something about it. Considering the fallout, the downtime, all the rough details... this is one of the worst situations I've seen happen in MCoC, especially considering how widespread the issues are. That being the case, and Kabam being aware of it, let's give them the benefit of the doubt. I think they've earned it.
They listened to the community's feedback on the Fantastic/Doom Invasion rewards, and increased them QUITE A BIT. They were very good about communication during the downtime in giving us multiple updates, and the mods engaging in conversation with the forum community. They rolled back the Champion reworks, and didn't 'nerf' Cull. They just gave us the most Epic Summoner Appreciation events to date. Among other things, and that's just as of late. Many tend to forget all the right they've done by us when the bad things happen.
They've stated quite frequently they're going to be more engaged in communication with the community before making game shifting changes. Once they have a plan for this, I'm sure we will be enlightened with the details. Until then, we have to be patient. They can't rush this one, or we'll end up with rushed results. Nothing good will come of that. I'm not saying don't be mad. I'm not saying let it go. Just saying try to give them a little leeway and let's see how this plays out. To all those who've been de-enlisted, I can only imagine the absolute frustration going on in your crew right now. Best wishes for the final stretch to all, and hopefully this gets all wrapped up in a way that the majority are satisfied.
