Why dont we get defender kill points anymore? This will benefit spending alliances cause they dont have to worry about giving up points for every death.
We have won a few wars because of defender kills and now you've made it harder for non spenders vs. spenders.
You've made aw less about skill and more about who will spend.

Bigger map doesn't mean that you'll be having more fights. There will be just as many Defenders as there were before.
So the maps are bigger but there are still the same amount of fights....then why make the map bigger? so we use energy for nothing?
My guess is that those game files floating along with AW energy refills are accurate and are going to start being sold, costing a ton of glory
Not yet. As we mentioned in the post, we're looking at a revamp of the Rewards for Alliance Wars, but will be doing that later on.
Cmon that is the first thing that needed to be revamped. With all the talk of 5* shards being more generally available to everyone, AW rewards should be the first place to get this treatment especially with a whole new map!
There are so many bugs in the game already, should you not be fixing them rather than rolling out all these new updates which on past record will be loaded with new bugs ( that cost us more money)
I agree that defenders points should stay, that's quite an important part of AW imo. Other than that I'm open to the rest of it, nice to finally have some change to the map. To add to diversity, would it be possible to keep the current map too and have them alternate each AW or each week like the miniboss does in AQ? Could make it feel a little less repetitive.
We will be able to see our opponents before hand? Or is that still blocked because you lose money on it. Is there any way that all wars will have 3* champs? What's the point of making it longer? Will there still be 5 champs per team or with a bigger map do we bring 10? I can't wait for 5* magik, mordo, dormamu paired with 4* magik, mordo and dormamu. Perfect timing on the basic arena as well. Well done, good to see the milking continue.

ok, just as many defenders. But defender kills, in combo with 5 mini bosses means $$ wins every war. No more skill. Good job killing wars.
The amount of items that any user can use remains the same, so every Alliance Member can still only Revive/Heal 15 times. This hasn't changed. Additionally, 5 Minibosses doesn't mean that any one person will be taking on more than 1.
The goal with the removal of Defender kills wasn't to increase the use of Potions or Revives, but to relieve the feeling of defeat that comes with taking one shot at a defender, losing, and feeling that you're now helping the other Alliance, so you stop playing, even though you have 2 perfectly good attackers still there.
Will you be looking at replacing the class detect masteries since they are largely useless now then?
Also, +1 on disagreeing with the removal of defender kills as that was a pretty key strategy element of the war system. In fact, our last war win was a close one that was won in large part because the opponent had 27 more deaths. Seems like a pretty blatant attempt to encourage more spending to revive/heal to win. Will the item caps at least stay in place?
Why do you remove defender kills? It's just plain stupid. We don't rely on skills anymore but who's willing to spend most wins. It was fun building a great defense team as part of the game and now you take that away.
Seriously @Kabam Miike , could you say something about taking away defender kills? Everyone is asking. It's looking like a cash grab and breaks a balance in war. What's the logic behind it?
Another edit! You specifically mentioned Increased Energy Damage nodes. Please define what will count in that case. Is it attacks only (IM L2, for instance)? Or will it boost damage from Limbo and Coldsnap?
So, this one is a "little from Column A, a little from Column B" situation. Enhanced Energy nodes are only effective on Hit, but also affect anything caused by that hit. So the Coldsnap applied from Iceman's Special 1 will be stronger, but the Coldsnap that begins at the start of a fight with an Awakened Iceman will not.
So does this mean I can bring my Joe Fix It, Iron Patriot or Kamala Khan for attack and they'll be just as effective? Cause being limited on what attackers you bring due to their ineffectiveness has always been my biggest problem with War. People using the same handful of attackers gets boring. I for one have like 70 four star champs and would like to utilize them more. I use the same 10 champs for everything and the rest just taking up space.
As a result of new update we want some rank down ticket to have a balance in game as new aq is coming .plz give some of them 4*&5* thx

My vote? No. Enjoy your 5* winter soldier and iron man. You shouldn't have wasted t2as on those champs to jump ahead in prestige and then, after u took advantage of the better rewards, get to undo them so u can use your gotten rewards to rank up better champs. You're just going to have to live with your choices until t2as are more accessible and you can rank up other champs. Rank down tickets should never have been introduced in the first place.

I get that Kabam are a business and here to make money, but that also requires not driving away your player base.

I forgot that those even existed. I've never known anyone to use them. Aren't they just for quest maps?
