LoL i don't think so. Facing an opponent of double ally rating makes no sence even if they are in same bracket. This simply makes the war easy for higher rating ally. If higher rating allies want to grow by doing this then I would like to say them 'Grow up". If u can not defeate an ally rating same as you then how can u say u deserve an higher tier reward? U are telling lower rating ally should be able to defeate opponents of almost double triple rating ally to recieve good rewards while higher rating ally can not even defeate same rating opponent.

We are a 13 million alliance and our Last three war matches are 24, 22 and 16. And today's war match is 34 million 😂. We were so close to gold 1 and now we are so close to silver 3! Tell us about your AW season. War rating 920.

When you get 6 star shards and open them likely as not you will come in and complain about the rng. IF by some chance it is someone you wanted you come in and complain there isn't enough gold or iso. Let anyone else make the same sorts of claims about their experiences (as long as you are happy with it) you bully and brutalize them in the forums. I selected no comment because I've already expressed myself, and the question is somewhat open for me. It makes sense in that I get the logic behind it. That doesn't mean the execution of changing it on a dime makes sense to me, and the idea that any Match is fair if the War Rating is the same, regardless of the variation in strengths, doesn't make a bit of sense to me at all. Actually, when I think about where it's coming from, it makes sense because I understand what's behind it. That doesn't mean I think it's right.

War rating being the same means the teams are equally matched, again PI does not determine str alone, some alliances could do better because they have better players.

By growing your roster, duh. We spent 2020 gradually sliding down the AW ranks because we were rapidly climbing up the AQ ranks - building prestige and thus getting trapped in coin flip after coin flip. If we’re in the top 500 in AQ, there’s no way we should be outside the top 4500 in war.

That’s the exact problem they are fixing right now. You’re just an unfortunate casualty who is being put in their proper place. Sucks to lose, but whether or not it was intentional through shell alliance/tanking, or just getting lucky, you’re alliance was somewhere they shouldn’t have ended up in the first place.

No, they had people matched based on their prestige, not their str, which meant that people with high skill would be placed against people with low skill just because they had low prestige. The old system is the perfect counter to your beliefs. This is why mid skilled alliances were able to out rank high skill alliances.
