Pretty crappy that they don't even help with us Cavalier players getting to TB... T4b, t4cc, t1a, and t2a are in overflow for the majority of us. Give us some t5cc frags. I would rather have had a 2% each of these days instead of what was given.
And then the difference between Cavalier and Thronebreaker is GAME CHANGING!! SERIOUSLY??! 5k 5* vs 5k 6*?? I feel like that is a significant jump considering I'm hearing UC and Cavalier are the EXACT SAME.

Not the same, but the jump from uncollected to cavalier is pretty small as opposed to the jump from cavalier to TB in terms of rewards.
I'm not sure I agree, because the value of the calendar has to be compared to the target audience of the calendar. The jump from 5k 5* shards to 5k 6* shards looks huge if you don't have a huge 6* roster. But the value of 5k 5* shards to the average Cavalier player who probably has a strong 5* roster but a small 6* roster is probably similar to the value of 5k 6* shards to the average Thronebreaker player who probably has as strong a 6* roster as the average Cav has a 5* roster.
The rest of the rewards scale a little weirdly from UC to TB, but it is roughly similar. Cavs get three times the T5B, twice the T2A, 50% more T4CC, and double the T4B of UC (they also get sig stones instead of energy refills and T1A). TB gets about 2.3 times the T5B, three times the T2A, twice the T4CC, and 50% more T4B (and the sig stones are promoted to 6* sigs). These are not wildly different jumps.
The Shards make no sense to me. Anyone who is Cav is into working on their 6* Roster, and 5*s are not that rare to come by. Am I grateful for anything? Absolutely. Still doesn't work out proportionately. We should have some quantity of 6* Shards because that's what we're working on. It's as if it comes off like 6*s don't pertain to us.
Ever since the act 6 nerf we went from top of the pack with great 6* rewards to 5*s only. It’s like now that act 6 is nerfed, we don’t deserve 6*s anymore unless we are thronebreaker
I don't think it's a matter of deserving so much as it is an incorrect gauging. I do find myself scratching my head. Some amount of 6* Shards would have been more appropriate. 1500, what have you. I'm curious how many 6*s Cavalier Players have already. Needless to say, we're not just working on our 5*s.
Even I am still ranking up a couple 5 stars torch and omega red for utility. All my rank ups are for utility now even r3, having the optimal counter means 7.1 is easy. For reference I have 84 six stars and 24 dupes. 9 r3 and 9 r2 Giving some 6 star shards to cavalier would not have been game breaking but the new trend is to put a big difference in rewards. Between thronebreaker and the rest. If you want top rewards go get thronebreaker. Run map 7 with epic mods, it is easier than you think.
The point is, Cav Players have been working on their 6* Rosters, ever since they could 100% UC. They've continued to work on them in doing SQ and Cav Difficulty. Saying they're only focused on 5*s is irreverent to what their needs are.
It’s depressing. It’s really really sad to see this. Giving a fat middle finger to what use to be the top tier of players in the game and only focusing on the best of the best. The anniversary gifts are honestly useless to me, it’s chump change. If only they’d listen this is a disaster
The calendar this year is a big upgrade from last year.
I wouldn't judge free calendars and how they change from year to year as a defining factor. The only sort of "defined' and "real" judgement we can get as to how the players are valued is by the money offers. This stuff in the calendar is free, the things within the offers are SPECIFICALLY marketed towards a core demographic of players who pay. And while Kabam may break some balance, they will always show how they value that progression in the offers toward the different progression levels. While the calendar may be better, it does not properly show how much the game has changed over the span of a year in content change, player demographic, and tier changes as well.
I am really hoping they make up for this during the actual anniversary gift and on dec 25. cavalier should not be getting similar rewards as uncollected smh
@Kabam Miike it’s sad that this is a reoccurring theme and not acknowledged by Kabam as something that needs to be addressed. The Limbo you’ve created for players in Act7 who aren’t TB is just ridiculous. There’s only one 5star in the game that is of any use to people stuck in my position and that’s Aegon so I don’t have to drop endless resources on the Abyss
why do you think you need aegon to 100% act 6 or complete/100% act 7? this is beyond ridiculous .
The anniversary calender further shows how kabam are doing the cavalier players wrong. There is a huge difference in uncollected requirement and cavalier. Thanks to the restrictions placed on "hey your champ dont have this colour border pls find him as a 5 or 6 star". Whatever , we went through all that. It took a lot of time and effort . Dont keep grouping us with uncollected players. And treat thronebreaker players like the only players who play the game or spend money on the game. They are not. Disappointing kabam. Very disappointing
I am Cavalier, not unhappy at all... the 5k red shards gave me enough to open a crystal. Needed to dupe my Guardian to Awaken. Grabbed a Tech/Cosmic crystal and spun it... and pulled the Guardian!!
Now my Weapon Omega synergy team is all Awakened and on its way to max capabilities!!
As a cav player waking up to see this calendar I was very happy. But after seeing that I have to share it with uncollected pisses me off. So kabam your telling me, a player in book 2 must share the same rewards as someone who hasn't even completed act 5 nor act 6.1

I think all the youtube free to play challenges have more than highlighted this. With how available five star and six star shards are now it's very easy to become cavalier. This huge gap you're talking about between uncollected and cav is, in the hands of a skilled player, or hardcore grinder . . . 3 days.
So Cavalier is the same as Uncollected?? So because I progressed more in the game than others, im treated the same as uncollected. Thats ridiculous. If you give uncollected 5000 5* shards, give cavalier 10000, especially if your giving thronebreaker 5000 6* shards. This makes me literally want to quit this game because Kabam makes a new progression level I'm penalized for not being thronebreaker. Thats not cool at all

Yet the amount of people that have transitioned to TB compared to the amount of people ranging in Cav is very, very small. That hinges on T5CCs and/or RNG. Yet, the needs of someone who is Cavalier have not changed. People are still working on their 6*s.
There are 2 types of cav players, those that are fighting for TB. And those that just became cav and are fighting through act 6. What it feels like is that kabam is trying to keep the balance between the 2 which is making the 1st type mentioned angry and rightfully so. The complicated solution is which way kabam wants to go with the title in the future or if they decide to add a another title between cav and TB (doubtful that would happen). Ever way kabam has to find a way to satisfy both tiers of cav players rather than leaning to one. Middle ground.

Anyone that has made it to Cavalier is not foreign to a small amount of 6* Shards. As much as people consider it easy, people aren't picking the game up and doing it the next day.

Difference between 5.2 and 6.1 is a big difference. There's a huge discrepancy between the two. Compare again cav eq to uncollected eq, and tell me again that there's not a huge discrepancy between the two.
