Someone else opened 10 6* crystals and got them AMAZING pulls and will progress them SIGNIFICANTLY in the contest. Which is great for them! But when all the rest of us could only open up ONE 6*, from the same amount of resources spent. Yeah, that's not good.
The fact that it was a bug, it was live for near an hour, but only those who saw it - and importantly, had access to it (player level) - were able to take advantage of it, doesn't create a fairness in an "already unfair" game (the RNG aspect, which is only heightened in this scenario).
If possible (the reality is anything *is* possible with Kabam for this game, they have proven time and time again with the weirdest and most specific issues in the past), they should be distributing Bobble's to all the other players, to help "cushion" the difference. Nothing will quite equate those who "took advantage" of this error. Nor does I think anyone to expect it to.
But kabam screwed up, big time, and they need to level the playing field.

Do u realize you spend half of your time apologizing for your mistakes?. Its not that hard to not release stuff until it’s right… I don’t know, normal companies do that… over the world… in all sectors. Mistakes are a daily bases in this… don’t understand how you’re not ashamed

Shows a lot of class and decency, and people always remember when they were taken care of.
Kabam has no idea what 100k 6* can do to an account to just let players keep them... Same way they let players keep a ton of loyalty on a bug that happened before..on top of that benefit the 2nd progression level...
They make it so easy to take decisions... Just wow..
Here we are players grinding BGs for rewards and they just drop 100k 6* to a selected few.... Well done
They used the word *DANGEROUS*
Therefore, they know this was *dangerous* as it wasn't intended. But now, you have given those rewards to the thousands of people who were lucky enough to be active during those 48 minutes and "took advantage" of the deal.
But as it stands, as so many people took advantage of it and a far greater amount of us were just *unlucky*, the really DANGEROUS thing is to do what you're doing now - reward the glitch, while not compensating/allowing the rest of us to somehow take even a smidge of advantage of it.
Those that got to, could've gotten 20 6*'s for the same amount of resources it would've taken the rest of us to get 2 6*s.
If it was "DANGEROUS" to give out those rewards, then now all you've done is make the difference between those that got and those that did not even greater and made a MUCH more dangerous and unbalanced game. And Aggravated (to use it lightly) the player base.
Don't worry Kabam...we'll believe whatever you tell us!
But simply saying that everyone can keep what they got, that's fine, good for those people. This doesn't affect ME.
However, what about the people at same TB levels who will now fall behind because few others got 5-10 extra 6* champs and some of them , top tier.
On top of that, they are saying they will reset the bundle, return baubles and the limits. Is this real?
Giving those ppl even more chance of purchasing the deal?
I'm sorry but there's a part of the community that suffered today, it might not be me, but you can't say that everyone's unaffected.
Shows how much they care for rest of the very big player base who are at the losing end of this mishap.
