There should be some sort of tiers to Bans, if you've been cheating long term, excessively, first time being caught or not, you should be gone permanently.

Mercs and account sharing has always been apart of this game not saying its right but kabam has failed to drop the hammer on them. So imo they own a big part of the blame. Good for you man. Me neither, I’ve worked too hard on my own to ever let someone else pilot what I’ve built. I’m too proud and ethically I find it wrong as well as all the different types of unintended “gamesmanship” other so callously employ. That said…
What I always find irritating about the forums is the purists on this topic always dragging people who have reformed. It’s not helpful, and just because somebody has broken with TOS in the past and it doesn’t invalidate everything they say and do in the future. There are more than a few ways to break the TOS and not all of them are obvious, not all of them are policed consistently and most players honestly don’t read those things. Mercs are still a problem today, clearly same with botters and modders, and I’m happy that Kabam is addressing these things more openly. If anything you could argue that KT1 is an example of a reformed player that represents why second chances are a good thing, and we can only hope that those given a 2nd chance approach it with the same integrity.
I do hope that Kabam responds and rectifies this situation, and personally I want cheating to hurt more than it currently does. It should set back accounts, significantly. They should miss out on the plundered rewards and sulk while they watch the rest of us collect current rewards. These cheaters still being eligible for AW season 42 and BG season 8 rewards is a sad joke as they’ll still be handsomely rewarded. Heck I’d love to see the cheating alliances relegated to Tier 7 points acquisition for the next season too.

its very clear they used said champions to advance in both sections of the contest and allowing them yo keep collecting ranked rewards they achieved by cheating is just demoralizing for ALL of us that respect and play the contest in a fair manner.

Account Sharing may have been common place, but it's a different story when you're offering services. Let me be clear that I feel it's all cheating either way and I don't care enough to know what his history is. However, I find it less egregious when an Alliance is asking Players to be able to make moves in War and AQ, compared to being a "merc", which implies being hired to do content for people. Is it true that people can change? Sure. It's not unheard of that some don't trust them after the fact. That's a part of making choices. We don't get to choose our consequences.

The people talking about KT1 are low level players who can’t even get to GC and post “it is done” posts at Diamond 1.
Not to mention KT has renounced this behavior and ALL cheating.
Of course it was rampant back in the day if you played at a competitive level. None of these people reach the top levels of this game.

As for the topic at hand, I don't care what he does. It's not personal. Fact is, anyone who is cheating doesn't deserve to keep their Accounts in my opinion. Period. It's a good thing Kabam has a more forgiving system because anyone would have to renounce it from Level 1 if it was my decision. Anyone who accepts money for services, whether it's him or not, is committing Fraud on a number of levels. That's what I'm addressing. The action itself. Not the person who allegedly did it. What I always find irritating about the forums is the purists on this topic always dragging people who have reformed. It’s not helpful, and just because somebody has broken with TOS in the past and it doesn’t invalidate everything they say and do in the future. There are more than a few ways to break the TOS and not all of them are obvious, not all of them are policed consistently and most players honestly don’t read those things. Mercs are still a problem today, clearly same with botters and modders, and I’m happy that Kabam is addressing these things more openly. If anything you could argue that KT1 is an example of a reformed player that represents why second chances are a good thing, and we can only hope that those given a 2nd chance approach it with the same integrity.
I do hope that Kabam responds and rectifies this situation, and personally I want cheating to hurt more than it currently does. It should set back accounts, significantly. They should miss out on the plundered rewards and sulk while they watch the rest of us collect current rewards. These cheaters still being eligible for AW season 42 and BG season 8 rewards is a sad joke as they’ll still be handsomely rewarded. Heck I’d love to see the cheating alliances relegated to Tier 7 points acquisition for the next season too.
Account Sharing has always been against the rules. People were surprised to see them take action, but I've pointed out that fact for years. Also, I told anyone that I encountered, if an Ally asks for your Login info, walk away.

You know, for someone who is preaching the gospel of keeping peoples' names out of things, you're certainly making an effort to make things directed.
If anyone has cause to have an issue with certain YouTubers, it's certainly me. However, I don't care. I have enough respect for anyone to keep the discussion on specifics and behaviors, and not other people.
Fact is, people are responsible for their own choices. If that's called out, that's a part of the consequences of making poor choices.
There are many hills to die on. If you want to choose the one that people who spread conspiracy and negativity on others are somehow vilified, be my guest.
I wouldn't care if it was him or Joe Blow we were talking about. Cheating is cheating. There is no points for having a revelation and following the rules with me.
