**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

I mean, limber is right in the announcement. I noticed that right away with NC because I thought "Well, better kill him or switch him quick"

This is my normal route in map 5. That’s 10 Sentinels I have to fight. 4 of which are completely immune and 2 have very high MD. Not to mention power burn/steal. Attack increase and decrease (for the player) and unblockable sp2.... yeah it’s not any more difficult than before
I would also like to point out that I understand that it can be difficult to keep things balanced in a game like this but I feel as though you should have people tearing things like this for all levels because people who have had this game since the game fame out my not notice much of a difference in difficulty but as it moves on down to people with less experience and a smaller less leveled or diverse roster it effects them more and more which I feel should be looked into with maybe a increase in rewards or just a tuning down of the sentinels abilities just a bit to be more in line with the difficulty of how it use to be as this has a lasting effect on not just rewards for a week or two for people to get used to it but people who are less prepared may move down a tier leading to them getting even less from alliance quest while so many try to do aq for needed rewards like t4cc
I will give one as a new discussion. Will have it up in an hour or so.
I was agreeing with you in the sense that they're challenging, but the larger issue is the resistance to change. So, I was agreeing with both of us. I suppose if you took my original response as a literal absolute, that would seem incorrect. In any case, I think it's being exaggerated. Symbioids mimicked other Champs. Sentinels add another layer, but it's really not that hard to get used to. Having fought a few of them myself, their style is becoming more predictable. I'm fine with no increase in Rewards. That's my view.
All changes are exaggerated by the players. But saying the difficulty is unchanged is an equally stretched exaggeration. My problem is primarily with Kabam, that should never under any circumstances distort or exaggerate a game change. They have a higher professional standard to adhere to than complaining players.
Also, these kinds of changes are almost never made "just to change things up." They know why they made them, I know why they made them, and its a bit disappointing that their position on full disclosure has once again found its way to the bottom of the bird cage.
I'm going to call you out on this as the resources to rank 5* are so hard to get. You aren't going to get t1 and t2a over night.
Having said that, I haven't had any issues with the sentinels. They may be a bit trickier than the symbis but all in all they aren't that bad. We will adapt just like we have with all the other changes. I did make a point in running extra paths through the eq to get in more practice, but as of now I've had no problems. Once we hit day 4&5 I'll decide if it's harder.
However are mystic sentinels meant to nullify abilities when hitting a blocked opponent? That seems a bit excessive. And cosmic ones are nasty with the power gain. Especially since they often store power to sp3 when baiting and then sp2 immediately followed by a sp1
When I look at Ranking, I consider what will be most useful to me all-round. Especially when dealing with rare Resources. I don't usually Rank a Champ for one specific game mode, especially when that game mode is not a permanent fixture like Storymode. The game changes. It will continue to change. Which means Champs that served me in the past may not serve me later on.
If you feel that way bro go here http://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/60309/alliance-quest-refresh-impact-concerns#latest on this discussion and put in your thoughts.
Also as a side note. Getting new 4*s is not that exciting anymore.

Thumb down for this change.
It takes decade to build a team that can counter a certain strategy (this is how you developed the game). Then, you change something and claim we can change our strategies is not a valid claim. It is either leave the game to be countered by any champs or allow different strategies but end the stingy culture of this game.
