As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Chances are you were going to do those same fights anyways with nothing extra?
I think the final reward should be a big fat 5* crystal or half a 6* for uncollected+ or an awakening gem. That would get the players up out of their seats.
The community was actually starting to talk about November calling it potentially the “best month in mcoc history” before seeing this. This is insanely disappointing.
Boost calendar- if these are 30% boosts then ya this could be something. My guess is it will he the 10/15/20% that are already pretty accessible in game via loyalty or milestones that I'm overflowing on constantly. Holding judgement on this one.
Trade up- get every year anyway and take it or leave it in all honesty. Putting it behind a event doesnt make it feel like a reward.
Dungeon days- for those who do dungeons this seems to be something we should already do per the forums after the summer. For the rest of us who extremely dislike dungeons meh.
Gold Arena- honestly why not gold realms and halls of healing. Tried and true and community favorite. Seems like a cheap knock off. More gold and potions and way more benefit than this thing. That rotation with the trade up could be something somewhat useful. Also in truth its 2019 not 2017. 500k gold is not getting anyone super excited unless it's super easy milestone to hit. If it's not normal arenas better time spent because you get units too.
Free Map Costs- again this is something we already get here and there. Hiding behind an event doesnt make it suddenly feel like a reward.
My suggestions
1. Gild realms/hall's of healing rotations instead of that arena. Tried and true event that community loves and is helpful. Also pairs with trade up event.
2. Where's the global boosts to gold and health/attack boosts we used to get every year around summoner appreciation time. Now that would have been something to entice the community to hit a stretching high milestone. Helps people clear content and catch up and helps the gold shortage some folks have. This would be something I would have been excited to see.
2. Reduced energy costs or reduced energy regain time. Again clearing content help.
3. Special calendar that also includes shards/rank up. This game is about getting champs and the champ shards are the main carrot we chase yet nothing here that helps with that. I know the other event covers this so probably why it wasn't included here.
Overall free is free but I would say what you put together here falls short of the mark based off the hype that was created around the first community summoner event. Nothing here that is exciting and a must have/really want to get. Just kind of meh I guess that's ok items.
Please Kabam rethink some of the decisions. I don't expect a free 6* for everyone, but I do believe for the community wide event something better than what we are reading described.

I know everyone was thinking it would be something similar to the road to 1 million likes or Gwen pool goes to the movies or some kind of hybrid, where If the goal was met community wide it would be an awakening gem, or 5 star crystal, or something special like that. To have the rewards given in the special 3 month appreciation calendar, then go to two back to back months of disappointment is really baffling to me. I think kabam thought the community would be really hyped for this, but it sounds like everyone is just going to play as they normally would - and I can’t imagine that was the goal when they thought of this event.
Just hope the 250 millions point for the fist milestone are not too high ?
How many points will we earn by fight ?
Will some fight give more points than other ? if yes which ones ?

5* sig stones is getting more available, both 5 and 6* shards have Become more available over this year.
People just seem to be really greedy. Sure, it wouldnt hurt with a little more t5b or 6* shards. But either way at least we are getting em. Dosent need to be tons of them every month.
3. opening a "road to 1 mill" arena for 10,000 5* shards
2. opening a T2A arena with milestones that give decent Alpha shards that end with 2 full T2A
1. opening a T5B arena with a few T5C crystals in milestones as well, rewarding a full T5B
While I understand not handing out high level rewards to each account no matter the age, give us interesting things we have to look forward to. Not several basically useless things we have gotten for free in the past many times.
Also better rewards to unlock include: Global Gold, Exp & BC boost, Global Attack and Health Boost, Halls of Healing and Fortune, Special Item Store Deals (more discounted than usual).
So many great things could have been done to actually bring the whole community together without "handouts."
Such a shame.
Other than the gold arena (which is kinda funny as @Cliffordcan pointed out), every other milestone is a repeat of something that just occurred previously and wasn't packaged within an event as something to earn. I get that it's free stuff for doing what i normally do, but it's nothing new and makes the event itself feel pointless.
Why isnt there a progressive hype mechanic? For ex.

Energy recharge reduction
Unit store discount
Champion % boost multiplier
Battlechip multiplier
Final bonus milestone. 3 cavalier crystals if u are cavalier or 3 gmcs if you are not. (High milestone)
U can start with small marginal %. And each tier these increase.
You want people to play your game and feel progression. Seeing your champions hit harder and seeing your rewards increase gives us more motivation to capitalize the event and play more.
Summoner appreciation events are popular for a reason. Because they are rewards we want and impact our ability to enjoy the game the most
But we have another more solid data point. According to Kabam the game recorded about twenty billion fights in about one year. That's 54 million fights per day on average. At my back of the envelope calculation point, it would take ten days to reach the 250 million milestone. At the published fight numbers, on average it would take five days to reach the 250 million milestone. The first milestone event reward, the item exchange event, is scheduled to start on November 11, five days after the events begin counting on November 6. This seems like they picked a milestone consistent with the players reaching it just before or just after the item exchange begins, depending on extra activity prompted by the event itself.
