Special quests like AOL, LOL, etc are for hardcore group
AW and AQ needs reworked for those that want team based gameplay. AW and AQ are not good as is.
Variants are variants. They are difficult content. The last few were much better giving us all ability to use our entire rosters instead of those certain few champions.
Lots of room for improvement for end game meta.
If you have a bunch of 5 or 6* champions that you have put resources in and have the skill you should be able to complete the story quests.
Growth is natural byproduct of time and resources spent playing the game. Progress, on the other hand, is a more complicated blend of time/resources spent playing plus whether factors beyond your control favor you.
It’s an important distinction. And whether Story mode should track growth or progress is an interesting question once you recognize that distinction.

I have 6.2 pretty fresh in my mind right now because I'm finally biting the bullet and doing a first clear. It just isn't fun for the most part. Lazy game design where someone thought "how do we make this hard?" and the solution was to put conflicting nodes on everything. If you don't land heavies you'll get degen, but it has limber... and spite or cornered. Of you don't throw specials you get degen, but here's a link with hurt locker so you have to alternate specials... and you still have to throw heavies constantly or that will make you degen too. Hire a couple content creators to actually create some content. Maps would be better if they were designed by people who actually play the game.
