The probability of HH is 25%. The probability of TT is 25%... those are specific states. You're saying the probability of the same thing happening in a row therefore BOTH TT and HH counts so that's 2/4 or 50%. not (50% x 50% ) ...
I believe you are getting a bit confused here @Glads As others have said, if you have already opened one crystal and received one champion, then the odds of getting the same champion from the next crystal is 1/250. However, if you open both at the same time, then you are right. The odds are (1/250)^2.
If you have 2 dices and roll them at the same time, the odds of getting both 6's is 1/36. But if you roll one dice first and get a 6, the odds for landing a 6 on your next roll is 1/6.

The odds of 66 is 1/36, but pulling the same champ twice in a row is like rolling any duplicate, which is 1/6. That’s why odds of pulling same champ twice in a row is 1/250.
Firstly probability is not percentage, it's the likelihood that event will happen in that pool 1 chance from 250 to score champ A, assuming each champ in thise crystal pools have no greater or lesser chance than others. So assuming that fact is correct the chance you will have like the stat's website says and like I have been saying is 1/250= .004 0.004x .004 = 0.000016 chance from 2 crystals Just the same thinking as coin 2 Heads from 2 throws, is 0.25 As each toss has a 0.5 chance of a head.

50% of a coin toss is 0.5 as there are 2 sides to make 1 coin

Your 0.000016 is the chance of pulling specifically corvus corvus. What about doom doom? And all other champs? You would need to add your # 250 times

Now you’re talking about a totally different conspiracy. If you have 2 unopened 6* crystal and pop them, theres a 1/250 chance you will get the same champ in both
But @danielmath have you opened 2 crystals and got the same champ from both 2 crystals, or 3 crystals and get the same from those 3 crystals
You mean like this?
As I said something is very wrong when this is happening so frequently... And it's only been happening recently Now that we all agree my thinking is right from the proof I have provided... Why is this happening so frequently something is wrong

Sigh. Are you talking about pulling a SPECIFIC champ twice in a row? Or ANY champ twice in a row?
Do you consider pulling corvus corvus and doom doom the same? Or different
Okay, the thing isn’t even about the math. You do get how to do fractions and multiplication. It is more about the terms and description of your problem.
You state that the chance of pulling a champion out of a crystal is 1/250 (just generally assuming that the pool you speak of is 250 for nice round numbers). Nobody argues that pulling a specific champ comes with that probability. By a specific champ, it means that all other champs could not fulfill the terms of this statement. The probability of me pulling a 6* champ out of a 6* Crystal is 1/1. The probability of me pulling a Korg is 1/250. The odds of me pulling and duping specifically Korg is 1/250 x 1/250. The odds of me pulling any champ out of the 6* Crystal, then duping them, is 1/1 x 1/250.
You are conflating the very high odds of pulling one specific champ back to back, with the odds of pulling any champ back to back. It’s the difference between saying “Wow, these crystal pulls are weird. All of my alliance and myself seem to be pulling Korg, and then immediately duping him,” and saying “Wow, my alliance mate just pulled and duped Cyclops, then I just pulled and duped Jubilee, then another friend pulled and duped Rhino!” Does that help?

HH HT TH TT .... Total 4 possibilities and HALF are consecutive outcomes. Same of pulling champs out of 2 crystals. Each ONE is 1/250 x 1/250 but there are 250 champs.

I disagree and you have overlooked an important variable, you pull one champ once 1/250 then the second crystal you pop is 1/250. You multiple those to get your probability of 0.000016, that the second crystal will have the same champ as the first It's the like the coin you throw a head 0.5 then the probability that the second toss will be a head in 0.5. But the probability that the 2 separate tosses will be heads is .25. Because you have to take into account what happens the first time. That is why I have a university degree

As we have been saying, pulling any champ from the first crystal has a probability of 100%. The next time you open a crystal, you have a 1/250 chance of pulling that same champ again. By the way, I have 2 university degrees.

Yes pulling any champ from a crystal is guaranteed.... but that is would land on champ A versus b or c is a 1/250, then to repeat the same champ on the second crystal is another 1/250 chance.
Comments
Take any champ, the chance of pulling that champ again is 1/250......249/250 would be a different champ.
Look at the chart of the nickel and penny. That represents two trials for all combinations.
Now count the boxes that have both heads or both tails. Two. Count total boxes. Four. 2 of 4. Or: 1/2.

Just the same thinking as coin
2 Heads from 2 throws, is 0.25

Now that we all agree my thinking is right from the proof I have provided...
Why is this happening so frequently something is wrong

Just like the coin toss.
Now…
How many of those combinations result in the same champ?
Cool. Now divide same champ scenarios by possible scenarios to get 1 in …..
For something that is very rare it's happening too often
Watch you you will be ganged up on
Hes saying what WE'VE been saying.
Total possibilities from two crystals ( 250 x 250 )
Total possibilities that result in same champs ( 250 )
Now divide same champs ( 250 ) by total possibilities ( 250 x 250 ) equals 1 in 250 ....
