Am I the only one who has this issue where my champs keep holding block, even when I try to dash in or let go of block. They stay blocking even when my hands are off the screen. Not to mention the times when the game just stops following inputs for a few seconds. (Android btw) Also, I'm not sure if this is related but I'm finding it harder to use ghost these days. The AI becomes too passive sometimes and other times just throws double mediums into my phase so I can't counter consistently.
I don’t know if this is a final product but I still experienced periodic dash back when I’m trying to launch heavy. Sometimes the dash forward / backward happened automatically when my fingers were off screen. Anyway, I still continue the gameplay and have explored Cav/UC MEQ, EOP week 1/2, and Act 7 exploration. Hope it is not final.

I also have this exactly same problem too.
We are now over 2 weeks into this Beta test, have so many players are struggling with the inputs. So many reports have been summitted both on the forum and through the official page. These problem are not timing (relearning how to Parry or Dex), is it even simple stuffs like dash back, heavy or even finishing a simple 5 hits combo. Input are keep getting droped or missed.
It would be good to hear from the Kabam team on how the company is planning to go forward.
Honestly, while the weekly compensation are great for players that focus on AW, however these input affect every part of the game, Event Q, SQ, Story Mode, event special challenges like EoP, and there are also a group of players that focus on a lot more solo (i.e don't play AW, hence even Richtheman, a CCP is not playing AW).
I'm can imagine everyone is excited about this big "input fixed" compensation package, but how good would any Beyond God Tier champ be is they are not responding to the input, how affective the Dr Doom's Shock debuff is if he can't follow up with a correct input Heavy lol.
The current state of the game could do with a full review on how Kabam planning to go forward, as so many (if not all) players are using a lot more items to overcome these inputs issues.
Im curious on if there has been any update as well. Even if the update is that there is no updated information. Or if its just its still being worked on at this time. Just some level of an update would be good.
Is today the day that compensation drops?? The big one
Miike said they don't have a date for that. Mostly so they don't have to rush in giving anything out. Partially so if they wait long enough we may forget about it
they delay compensation for months so that they don't compensate accordingly, this way, they only have to send one "big" compensation to compensate on what, 8 months of instability in the game play? I guess we will have to wait and see how 'big' this compensation gonna be (I bet it won't be more than 2 6* nexus + 5* generic AG)

More like they have time to plan and adjust it. They have given dates rarely before and when they do, if it doesn't immediately happen on thay day or if it is delayed for any reason, they just get more backlash

Not to be able to give any sort of rough idea of when, I find to be complete nonsense. I don't no particularly when my gas bill will come, but I know it will be later next month. I don't know exactly when my kettle will fully boil, but it's usually a couple of minutes if full. Do you see what I'm doing, making a rough estimate based on the knowledge I have. The when question that people are asking is not a "how long is a piece of string?" question. It is something that with the knowledge Kabam must have, they could at least give a ball-park idea. I don't think anyone is expecting a specific time or date, but could it be in a week, in a month? These are the questions people are asking.
Having said that, I want the game fixed more than anything. Which for myself and many others hasn't happened, so compensation for me personally is pretty irrelevant as a one off gesture.
What part of the new input system is supposed to make the game drop frames when there's a lot happening on the screen, and then freeze up the game entirely?
