Will we get any incursion artifacts considering when losing fights is costing us incursion artifacts we should have earned, but have lost via black screen?

Wasted a ton of revives on this, there needs to be compensation.
Didn't realize this was happening in EQ until I just tried to clear the Dust chapter and had to drop 5 revives just to finish her off on 2 runs.... 5 revives I normally wouldn't have had to use.... 5 revives I should have been able to dump into WOW Abs Man.. Right away came to the forums to post about it and saw this thread continued on from last I read it when this was only happening in incursions. Though I'm thinking this was always going to be an issue in EQ, just everyone was so busy hemorrhaging energy refills into the WOW Abs Man fight, nobody go that far in EQ Can't honestly say I'm having the least enjoyable time in game the last week....
Any word on compensation? Lost a lot of energy and some revives in EQ and a ton of units buying incursion revives. Not to mention my time and frustration having to restart EQs and Incursions... I know Kabam Jax doesn't care about my time, he was pretty clear about that

Keep in mind this made the current Event Incursion impossible to play so those of us with this issue were denied the rewards we would have earned otherwise while those unaffected cashed in.

I really don’t understand the handling of this issue. Something that is ongoing for a week+ for a limited time event should have had an in game message and compensation included while the investigation was ongoing. Instead we get 7 pages of forum angst …..and non forum people in alliance chat angry about the black screen that have no clue about any of this…
I also ran into the black screen while exploring EQ. I quit out the fight and restarted the game and it fixed it for me. I didn't end up using any items, but I did lose a champ.
I'm not saying compensation isn't warranted, but if it happens to any of you while doing EQ exploration, try restarting before using any revives.
Happened again tonight twice, but this time in AQ. That’s every game mode. I never jump on the compensation bandwagon, but guys this has been a disaster.
When we say we're investigating next steps: that is us exploring compensation. Please do not submit support tickets as it is an unnecessary step and will just unnecessarily bog down the support team.
This game mode wasn't taken down because it wasn't universally broken, impacted a relatively small amount of players in the grand scheme of things and the issue wasn't isolated to this game mode. I understand running into this bug sucks, the frustration is totally warranted.
Additionally, we didn't say anything sooner because we didn't have anything to say, sooner. I communicated as soon as we knew the bug was fixed and communicated sooner than usual, as we typically wait until we know what the compensation looks like. We cannot update you if there are no updates to provide and, we've said it before, we will not return to threads to tell you repeatedly: We're still working on this.
Apologies for the longer timeline on the resolution of this issue, but things were handled as quickly as they could be; unfortunately, the resolution required a hotfix to the entire game and the timeline was longer than ideal.

Can't lie, the encroaching darkness effect from some of the thread pics actually looks kinda cool. Glad I never got the black screen while I was playing, but still.

Artifacts and greater red envelopes for compensation and I’m chilling I was just sad about missing all the artifacts luckily didn’t encounter it in any other mode.

Happened to me fighting Dust in TB EQ.
First time I was using Galan, second I was using abs man.
Then went in with hulk and it was fine again.

I hope we get compensation for this. This is screwing alot of people.
This stuff costs resources, whether it be refills or revives. Ughh..
