Can any of you give us an update on Ghost or AI changes? Last we heard you were “double checking.” Can we please have a timeline on when this will be resolved? I’m stuck in AQ due to this issue. Would you spend your hard earned dollars on a product that doesn’t work? Doubt it....
Another Ghost user here, first time I write in the forums in 4 years of game play. Using an iPhone X, IOS 12.1.4.
I agree there's something not working the same as before since the last update, but even if the AI did change, perhaps there are other root causes.
Testing with some champs, and letting the AI finish a combo on my block with their medium attack, then attacking immediately, I am being blocked and parried. This doesn't happen always now, but never happened before unless I was very slow attacking.
In other duels, I've been parried mid combo, and apparently I am able to do the same. In the past, this happened every once in a while and was not consistent: the pj was locked in blocked position most of the combo and I was able sometimes to squeeze a parry in after the 3rd hit. Now I am even being interrupted mid combo with a special. Of course, it could be my own fault as well. Moving on...
Now, from my non-expert perspective, looks like the frame advantage has decreased across the board. In some instances where we had positive one, like in Ghost phase intercept against light attacks, I no longer have the frame advantage in favor. I am parried if the AI chooses to block, or I whiff if the AI chooses to dash back. Only if the AI decides to commit and follow through with another attack I can still connect in the start-up phase of the movement.
I tried with light phase intercepts as it has less start-up frames than a medium, but the results were the same. Not reliable at best. Can't risk this in war.
The only strategy left is punishing the dash attack/first medium, which cripples Ghost power gain and renders the sig ability (almost) useless.
Not sure if the issue is the game physics engine, dropped frames in the recovery phase, AI, all of the above, and to be honest I don't care. I could adapt my gameplay I suppose, did it just fine in the last war, but... if there's no fix (if it was not intended), no acknowledgement and communication from the game dev or mods team I'm afraid I will be moving on. Everybody has a breaking point.

I feel so meh about the game right now. I normally would have been all over this t5b offer. Wasn’t even remotely tempted this time. I don’t feel good about that, but I don’t know. I guess it’s just that, I could complete t5b and get my 3rd r5, but then they could just mess with that champ and deny it. GG’s to me too, I guess.

You can try that, maybe AI in LOL and ROL isn't updated or influenced. BTW, I think AI in ROL is of older version than LOL.
