Sorry but the handling of this situation is kind of abysmal.
First, extending by one day isn't a solution. On one hand, those who didn't have the problem will still get one more day than the others (not that I care that much for the rewards involved but fairness is the point). On the other hand, those who did have the problem and didn't notice it before doing their epic run will still have lost their time and effort for nothing, and more importantly, possibly reroll, mutant boosters and potions maybe.
Second, the problem is on your end, server side, since there was no update of the client app on our devices that I know of or can trace on mine. And also since it worked perfectly well for the first two days, something's not right on your side. You have the code and the knowledge, and hopefully the will to fix this in an appropriate way.
Third, you still haven't adressed the issue with the rerolls expiring far too quickly in the stash, and the clock is ticking out, but in all fairness that's for another (probably burried by now) thread.
Only fair solution as of now : you could check who were impacted, you could check what rewards they got the first two days, you could then send compensation for the third missed day, end of the story.
And yes, patience is running thin as you can see...
In labs my retries are 10/10 available but I can't get rewards from completing the quest. I have tried once so now it's 9/10. Please fix this and give me a compensation for this one
What pathetic management....I waited for a good 15 hours and went into the epic labs for a run...had to fight through some bs nodes and when I completed I got no rewards cuz apparently u guys cannot run a single event without bugs...tell u what focus on just one monthly quest and do it without bugs rather than multiple quests where not even one runs without encountering bugs
Looks that way. Really dismal. Yet recently an offer was put out with the crystals giving far too many T5 class shards. Within an hour they had taken the offer down and changed it. Yet this not important, they’re like whatever!
It is so sad how Kabam responds to any issue that impacts their customers. Meanwhile, if it is an issue that benefits the player unexpectedly they are quick to fix the issue. This is not me being angry or unjustly blaming Kabam. This comes from years of me personally working in a tech industry with regards to customer service and supporting issues.
These are opportunities for Kabam to knock it out off the park and show how much they really care about their fans. I have played this game going over 4 years. The major issue is not the bugs, but rather the seriousness in which it appears that Kabam handles these types of issues that benefit them and hurt the player.
As several have said , some players spent on boosts because they didn’t pay attention. Also, we have a few hours before the next reset, and if the problem continues it will only create more friction from the player base. The major ones that are impacted are F2P players that rely on these quests to grind out materials and shards.
I am a spender, so the impact on me is relatively low, but my opinion sides with the F2P and others that were effected (as this issue does impact the broader player base regardless of type of player). I just wish Kabam would respond with the same amount of seriousness as a “game breaking” (the quotes are to stress how it appears that Kabam responds) when the bug benefits the player in any way. It is really sad because the bugs that impact the player are the ones that go the longest way to make those that support Kabam happy and keep them coming back.
Kabam has been doing a great job with the newer champs and some of the advancements for the past 2 years. However, the Customer Support still has a long way and has made the smallest progress. Just my humble opinion. I hope Kabam comes to a resolution soon, but based on historical responses to similar issues in the past I feel my hope would only be in vain.
Common ... 3h left... already wasted 1 try without knowing about this bug ... have a stash full of randomizers expiring... is this going to be fixed or what?! Am I being punished for making objectives and are you forcing me to use all the randomizers I collected? Which games punish players for being active?

This is exactly the question I was about to ask.. I have 36 expiring in 4 days.. now I have to hold up on using my mutant champs during mutant celebration month, so I don't have more wasting away..
I hope that whatever resolution happens rewards players who played it before realizing there was a problem (and unnecessarily wasted their resources) plus but gives compensation to players who logged in after the problem was identified and have not been able to play any sinister labs for the past 24 hours. I'm in the second category - maybe give double compensation for the players in the first category and regular compensation (what I would have gotten for one day of labs) for players like me.
If a champ was smacking everyone for 100k a hit, they would fix it in about 1hr. We lose out on rewards, yes minimal but still, and they don’t touch it.

I've just completed first path in master sinister labs and it showed me 100% completion and gave no rewards. Here are screenshots:
As can be seen on the second screenshot I only entered once in the labs and master is 100% completed which is impossible

Extending the event by a day still only puts us behind by a day
