Volotos pretty much nailed it but it clearly says falcon’s attacks are what reduces DAA. Even absent that description, for an ability to trigger defensively it needs to be the result of being hit/stuck and glancing is occurring prior.

Order of operations, glancing comes first. It is in affect prior to the DAAR of Falcon’s strikes but can also be disabled by AAR from abilities like concussion and neurotoxins.
