Dont think so, the pool in the crystals is closed once is formed, so waiting for some additions in the general pool wont affect the pool in that crystal

I have R5 her and dont regret. A lot of utilities like autoevade umblockable sps, enervate, petrify and the slow debuffs plus a pretty nice damage when ramped up. Not trying to say she is the best of course, but quite good, fun and versatile.
