The AI has an in-built default Dexterity mechanic that’s activate straight off the bat from Act 1, Quest 1, Fight 1. Although the AI doesn’t use this very much, it does go a long way to show that Dexterity should in fact be a mechanic, not a mastery and thus shouldn’t trigger MD. Hope this helps!

Not a bug. If you read Mordo's ability description, it states that he has an 'Astral Form' that prevents his ability accuracy from being reduced both passively or directly so characters like BW, XB, Quake, Archangel etc can't reduce his accuracy.

Very interesting poll! If we gather a sample size large enough, we might be able to very roughly figure out the approximate odds of getting a 4* crystal from the Login crystals. I personally got a 3*, which is completely fine as it's more or less free.

If you read the description carefully, it says 'No effect on robots' so no bug here. So characters like Ultron, Vision (AoU), Vision (OG) and Nebula don't have Willpower. However before v12.0, these 4 characters did indeed have it.
