You may not remember this but there were people banned for using quake and KO'ing defenders with zero hits. This was the early days before it was known as quakes current play style.
That's what's happening here. BitterSteel has mastered both play styles of Mr Negative and Tigra and doing very well with both in Battlegrounds. I can personally vouch for him as well.

Yes I can see he has a very developed account and can assume that with that many r3's he's got solid Mr negative and tigra skills but it was a live match, on stream, against a mephisto using sunspot. If you read all my prior comments you'd see I never accused him of anything I asked "isn't ...?" which is speculation and more so a question than a statement. Additionally I stated and I will quote "I'm not even referring to Beroman in this instance". I said nothing about internet personalities being more accurate sources and as far as you should be concerned I dislike how controversial beroman has been in previous months. I was actually tuning into a stream which bero doesn't do for BG and through watching another streamer saw some rather conflicting points so I came here to ask the person who the claims are about. You got it wrong and mistook me for someone else, that's fine and mistakes happen but you should own up to your mistakes instead of trying to backpedal and take back your accusation. In future, just do a little research before you throw heavy accusations like modder or hacker around. Like this whole conversation will put in some people's minds that I am or have been accused of hacking, some won't have seen the second post I did that showed it was someone else and will continue to think that. You have to be careful.

These are the first 3-4 gems in the game not including gifting so it makes sense why they can't go to generics yet, but at least with Abyss we had 3 random chances at T5C instead of 1 with 7.4. One generic 3-4 won't break the game, maybe it's not too late to change.
All good points, but I’d say that Abyss at the time of release was (and probably still is) substantially more difficult than exploration of Act 7.
Carina’s Challenges, however, are far more in line with the Abyss comparison in terms of difficulty upon release. I think right now (and I haven’t actually crunched the numbers here, so take it with a grain of salt) doing all of Carina’s will get you like 2-2.5 of each of the rank up materials. That, coupled with Act 7 exploration or Grandmaster’s Gauntlet/Summer of Pain rewards, should be enough get the materials to r4 any champ you want.
Obviously a generic would be better (except for my crippling indecisiveness surrounding rank ups), but there’s a legitimate argument that the game isn’t ready to hand out a generic r4 gem for what isn’t even the most difficult content in the game. And I find that argument pretty convincing.

I feel the act completion and exploration rewards are great. The chapter rewards should've been a little better. Most of the negative feedback wouldn't exist, and to the contrary, the rewards would've been reciprocated in a way more positive way if:- 1. People didn't expect all datamined information to be accurate. 2. Information about rewards was never datamined.
I looked once again at the rewards and still happy with act 7 exploration and completion (except title 😂😂and gold)
But 7.4 exploration and completion seems underwhelming. It's like copy n paste of 7.3. I am not pointing about shards but t3a and t6bc. Also there's mis-balance between their numbers too. Dev should address this.

TB was also originally supposed to be obtained in Act 7 not Act 6. The delay to Act 7 while reworking Act 6 is why they moved it before Cyber Weekend.

I am not sure but they may be talking about a title for full exploration. Not necessarily a new progression title. I am kind of surprised that there is no title as well. I proudly held elders bane until I switched to breaker of thrones. I guess it’s not as big of a deal with act 7

Would I like to have more R4 materials? Sure.
Do I need more R4 materials? No, not really.
