If this is supposed to be a compensation package for the months of extreme issues, that would be very bad imo. It doesn't do enough to compensate for 19/overheating/frequent outages/bugs.

That was also about at the time when badly made patches gave rank downs and 5* gems and around the time we could actually get new 5* champion without having to spend 10 odins with on fgmc or 3 odins worth in arena + 3 days of your life.
Was simpler time, when saving up your 5* shards could actually net you a relevant new champion or where incompetence displayed in game updates gave some sort of compensation.

This is in now way enough for killing my phone's battery. You put out an update that causes permanent damage to our devices and then you skimp on the compensation? Never change Kamab.

The problem is we don't stand together and still continue to play this game together along with criticising them! And this "ADDICTION" thing gives kabam the encouragement to lower the rewards because they can see despite of so much frustration we're still playing this game as usual even if the phone's battery is on the verge of being destroyed. Really disappointed to see the compensation and no gold realm. That was the 1 we need the most. If only the shards would've atleast been increased to 5k and gold realm would've been added the compensation would've become fair imo.
Ok now why would you only reduce map costs for the Act that the largest and most dedicated part of your player base and the majority of those that are on these forums have no use for. It's just a box being checked on the list to look like more is being done for us.

Just stop spending money, it’s the only way to actually get your voice heard. I’ve been playing this game for a long time and clearly everyone has lost all enthusiasm. It’s like any job, you work it long enough and it’s just a job. It’s a job, we’re the customers, if we’re not satisfied we don’t buy, if where satisfied we buy, and clearly all this back peddling is not affecting the bottom line so the backpedaling will continue and that’s that. Stop wasting your time on these forums complaining. It doesn’t do anything, anything. I can’t tell you how many incredibly thought out and empirical posts are made every day regarding the decline in customer service and not a single comment by any admin, but some random question like, “why does such and such have 350,039,013 strands of hair, shouldn’t it be 394,038,010?” And that’s the comment that gets some enthusiastic “because .... ”. They don’t care, and to be fair even if they did it’s impossible to tell how much damage is done all the time and it’s unreasonable to expect compensation in kind but do I understand why you care, especially in hard content when the game screws you but you just got to move on.
