    Hello, is this normal? I never received the option of selecting a gift. The only item that popped up was the crystal and that was it.

    I went back to the message and there’s nothing there.

    Can you help with this?

    I only had the option to claim the crystal. No reward selection was available. restarted and updated still nothing. Not appreciated.

    I also only got the crystal. Other alliance members got the gift but I didn’t. Can we look into this?

    Same I claimed didn't notice it said you have to select it before claim hopefully kabam will put them in inventory for us which I thought it would of done maybe they should of had it wrote at top for those who just claim n not read :/

    I only got the "GIFT" no option to choose rewards was available in the message. Apparently they don't appreciate everyone :)

    Just go to the store. I also didn't get the "item" inbox but I was still able to claim the reward

    people already tried going to store and inventory looking for the parcel, that was first thing I did because i did not know i should have had a popup, i though i just had to redeem it from somewhere else when it vanished after i pressed claim button

    Nothing popped up to select from. Just the message and the claim button. From the pics I’m seeing from other players, that would have been hard to miss.

    @BendersBounty I got the same problem with my super captan account and I didn't get the gift to choose but my other account showed the box I claimed it but I still haven't seen any updates from any of the game team but I hope this gets fixed soon so please get back to me when this is fixed I really like this game @Kabam Miike

    Dear Kabam,
    I opened the mail containing our summoner appreciation package but only received the crystal. After restarting the game plenty of times I have not been able to select a bundle that was supposed to come along with this mail. Please try to get this sorted, as I am clearly not the only one dealing with this issue.

  • I have 2 separate accounts, one much smaller as I just started it about a month ago.

    On my main account, which is over 2 years old, I received the Summoner Appreciation message with JUST the summoner appreciation crystal, and thought that was normal.
    Upon logging into my newer account, I got the same message with both the crystal AND the box that once clicked, opened the offers to choose from..

    I HAVE tried restarting the game AND logging back out/in. Also checked my stash... Nothing worked.

    I have emailed Kabam about this, because the offers are great and of course I’m having the issue on my main account where I really need/want the stuff. I expect to get a generic response with no rectification. Has anyone else had this issue? :(

    i didnt delete any message and still cant get it, we were meant to get a popup after hitting claim, it just did not work for lots

    Same too. Only had the crystal. Some people say the choice was in the same message... Maybe they should resend and make it easy. If you choose already you can't but if you haven't yet then voila!

    It seems like there are a lot of different problems happening with the SA gift right now so let's try and figure out who's having what problems.
