EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
There was an issue with an offer that sent out a surplus of Tier 7 Basic Catalysts.
While the Game Team investigates a way to remedy this issue, we will be putting the Game into Emergency Maintanance.
We do not currently have an estimate on how long this will take, however, we will let you know as soon as we know anything.
Thank you for your patience.

Simply what im saying is we can complain, rant or suggest in game content all we want but if this game continous to earn the way that it does, I dont think kabam will be listening anytime soon.
This game propelled kabam to the top, this game funded MROC. But why does it seem that kabam want to ruin it?
Act 6 was terrible.
AQ has always been a chore.
AW has always been my favorite part of this game, but it is now pointless and painful.
Abyss had some fun stuff, but also has some serious problems. I came across a serious bug (Confirmed by Kabam Ticket# 05443320) that affected Killmonger and Korg. At that point, do you burn a lot of units to push forward, or back out and accept that any units/potions you used so far are just gone? Kabam Support acknowledged the bug and that was the end of the conversation. That bug cost me an incredible amount of units and I wasn't prepared for it. Kabam's mistake costing me money.
I have now mothballed my account. I disposed of as much of my inventory as I could. I burned T5cc and my generic six star awakening on champs I don't care for. I don't want any excuse to rejoin this game in any way.
Why create Acts that only .0001% are wiling to explore? I'm done with Act 6 after a completion run because it's garbage. Act 7 will be worse. If I stick around I'll do a completion run, but that's it.
A great guy in my alliance quit, and he has explored all content outside of LoL and Abyss. He quit because he's tired of that garbage. He dropped a bit of cash on Ægon crystals and didn't get him so he's gone. You lost of paying customer forever. Another great player in my alliance is quitting, and many more are feeling wore down too. New content is HORRIBLE and turns players away. Is this your goal? Because that's what you're doing.
It was suggested that buffs/reworks take 8+ months to develop/beta test...etc. and I don't know about the timeline feasibility, but if it results in a great product, by all means take the time. However, I think this only really applies if the champ needs a complete overhaul (like colossus and hulkbuster did). Someone suggested however that there are champs that don't need that overhaul, but just need a buff. I agree with this. There are numerous champs that have decent utility and can see more use and can be considered for ranking up if only they weren't just pillow-fisted. Heimdall is a great example of this. He has lots of utility (true strike, armor break, stacking up furies/armors, power gain...etc.) but he is 100% reduced to just being a synergy champ taking up a spot on the team to give cheat death or fury. Why is this? It's just because his damage is too low. I'm sure that there is ample data for all the champs showing how much damage they do and low damage dealers could see some use if they just received a small/reasonable buff to their attack. That should not take a huge amount of time/effort to rework, nor would it be groundbreaking. No one will suddenly say that a Heimdall buff giving him 5-10% more attack is going to break the game and he's now going to be top tier, but at least now he may be useful outside of just being a synergy. That's just one example. However, the usual defender(s) have said that this kind of small buff here and there would be disastrous for the game. Not sure why.
In contrast, in terms of difficulty of the content, the usual defender(s) are willing to accept anything that comes with the simple argument that "it's meant to be challenging" and "it's not meant to be completed right away". There is some validity to those statements, but it has limits. Currently it's painted far too broadly because that can be used to justify literally anything. They could take that act 7 Sabretooth mini (who already has an attack value of 30k which is just slightly below the full health of a maxed out 5/65 void) double his attack and make him completely unblockable, and the same argument would be made: "it's supposed to be challenging"...oh no champ currently in existence can deal with that? "Well, be patient, it's not meant to be completed right away". I'm not trying to be facetious, but just trying to point out that at some level, those arguments no longer hold water. I don't see how a mild buff to help otherwise fun champs become relevant is disastrous but no matter how ridiculous content becomes, it's acceptable.
Lastly, I don't think the majority of people are asking for free stuff here, nor are they asking for everything to become super easy. But a very common complaint is that with the RNG the way it is, and the choice of champs that keep getting added to the 6* pool, it just isn't exciting or rewarding. Personally I can say that I felt accomplishment when I beat GM. I felt accomplishment when I 100% 6.2. I'm proud of it. But the rewards, at least in terms of crystal pulls, gave nothing of value. My experience pales in comparison to others like the guy who pulled cyclops after Abyss or Seatin pulling Joe Fixit and Magneto from featured. Even IF we did get good pulls, that's still just 100% luck so there is really no guaranteed value. I think what the community seems to be asking for is some reassurance of guaranteed value (in some form) from these pulls. Might not give you the exact champion that you want, but at least something that has relevance in some form. Heck, on a slight tangent, at least give some shards when you dupe a useless 6*. When a useless 5* is pulled, people can at least say, well, at least that's some 6* shards. When you dupe a useless 6*, you get NOTHING. That should be something that can be very easily added into the game so at least there's that "oh well at least I got shards towards my next one" consolation.
Fights like infinity war thanos and grandmaster we’re both great
My point is, RNG is a good thing. Without it, there would be no fun
luck is more than enough in real life , don’t use it to ruin player experience, joy , enthusiasm , motivation and kill the game
A mod once said , this game is a marathon , well , people’s patience is running out ...mcoc is NOT the only game that exsists
Value people’s time and efforts
If two players save up, or play the same piece of content, for a featured crystal and one pulls Dr. Doom and the other pulls Iron Patriot, it will be hard for the latter to not feel slighted. If the same scenario occurred and the second pull was say Morningstar. They still aren't happy, but the sting is diminished by receiving someone mediocre. Another example would be the Red Rift side event currently running. Two players run the same qualifiers and then one gets a Awakening Gem and the other gets 100 6* shards. Just bumping that number 500 shards would lessen the blow to receiving the bottom prize.
It's rarely, in the evolution of games, even been a feature. Occasionally it cropped up, but core architecture across the board? Nope.
There is only one gaming industry where randomness or luck is equated to fun.
Gambling
Computer games, for most of their history, relied on skill or grinding, with research and often copious reloading/restarting to progress. To claim that there is no fun without rng is so tragically wrong, it makes me think you may have missed out on some of the greatest computer games experiences of all time.
Rng is clearly a commercially viable and successful way to monetise a game. But it does not guarantee fun. It does guarantee to line the pockets of the house/bookie at the expense of the gambler. Which is perfectly legitimate.
But don't state that it is inextricably linked to fun.
I tried to watch it but had no idea what it was about, at some point he became a rapper or something idk
What I haven’t seen a lot in this mob mentality is a little criticism towards Seatin.
People don’t like high tier AQ and AW, act 7 and RNG. I am neutral on AQ and AW, I don’t play high level but I do have fun with it. RNG is fine with me but they could make better featured crystals.
But who is opening for thousands of dollars of crystals and making it popular? People watch it and get inspired, why change crystals if it is working and supported by a youtuber who made a professional career out of it.
Act 7 seems to be super hard. When the Abyss came out and Kabam said how long they worked on it and that it was meant to take weeks/months to complete it. Who finished it in hours on his vacation? And everyone laughing, weeks!? months!? Wahahaha
So of course they are making it even harder and the casual player probably never completes it. I cannot handle 18k or 23k attack.
People should also realize that Seatin is like a professional athlete who now doesn’t want to compete on that level anymore, which is okay.
The endgame, act 7 and abyss is something i cannot complete, I am simply not good enough, which is fine, I will move on to another game or wait till maxed 6*
It’s okay if you don’t want to compete on the highest level, just move on to a smaller alliance or different game
Don’t let your quality of life (your real life) get bothered by a game
