**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

The problem is that Kabam is trying to do too little. When something is as much of a failure as the flow global node is, it requires drastic action. It warranted a much larger change, and the team decided to skimp out on the change. Now the players are suffering because of it and that is a BIG problem.
For the health and longevity of this game flow NEEDS to change more so than what Kabam has already done. It’s not about whether it’s a money grab or not, it’s about the simple fact that it is not fun, and if left intact will cause players to burnout and quit. I am already seeing the effects in my alliance, and I hate it. Seeing friends retire or burnout because of something like flow, that’s not what this game is about.
Yes of course there's a handful of counter champs that can assist in avoiding this. Truth. However, when wars as a whole have the factor of "Has the RNG blessed you with X champs" that also says something is clearly wrong here. AW becomes monotonous when there's little in the way of unpredictability in what/who you will face. When that aspect becomes predictable, the fight outcome hinges upon RNG blessings from Champion Crystals, and you're left crossing your fingers during the loading screen because the RNG hasn't blessed you yet.... there's clearly something wrong with AW.
I used to give a long, and energetic AW Season kick off speech to my crew. This Season's was more in the ballpark of "try not to get too frustrated and let's do our best to have fun where we can." That saddens me greatly. It's sad that I can't even bring myself to amp my crew up for the AW Season because I know it's gonna be messy. I know players are gonna get frustrated. I know my crew is gonna take hits to their stashes. I know in certain instances no amount of skill in the world can force the Ai out the corner if it's dead set on waiting out a S3. All of this is (and more) is why so many have come to the forum to speak their grievances. From where I'm standing, this is why AW has essentially lost it's fun factor in T5+.
Nice to save a ton of items & focus on AQ, end game content. Ironically, thanks Kabam for screwing up AWars soooo baddd that we get to take a deep breath of fresh air by putting AWs on back burner like so many other alliances have shared they've done before. Yeahhh
Ofc season 18 will be super annoying and they had enough time to change it but hey. Better than nothing I guess
They will try to squeeze more units and items for us this season with keeping Flow as it is, while they are thinking about another creative way to torture us.
One of our officers couldn't take it anymore, he sold his champs and quit in middle of the 2nd war of the season....now we will lose next war too.,.
It's pushing us over the edge
This way it will make use of all DT’s and also make to a more diverse defence/attack squad
I personally hate flow and have seen it constantly since the start of last season and would prefer to not have any DT’s
Then the roadmap was released 1 day into the season where they admit "we screwed up, it's broken"...yet we still have to ride out another full season.
