I didn't run the event at all so I dont know, but if you entered it twice, are you banned for a week as well? Seems like the punishment should not be equal across the board. (people who entered it twice vs people who did it like 30 times)
Yes, it seemed like a great way to get shards before it was fixed. What actually went through my mind was: I better grind as many of these as I can if I want to stay a top level player.
A 7 day ban for them does seem harsh. Especially for the ones who only ran it 3 times. Missing Aq rewards, Aw rewards, Sa and the 6.4k shards in calendar
Why can you guys reverse or take away the ill gotten items instead of punishing entire alliances that had no control of this whatsoever? This is such a lazy response.
I have no skin in the game here but the analogy of taking items from an unmanned store is wrong. In many of these cases, it would be more like buying a package of many items, and after getting home, realizing there’s more than you expected. Or some may just think it’s the correct amount. This could apply to anyone who ran it a few extra times and didn’t run it 10-20 times

Not a good analogy because a store would still press charges even if you stole 1, or 2 things. Kabam's not banning anyone for doing 1 or 2 extra, so try again.
Well kabam made a mistake, it's their fault not the player's fault. They were just playing. They should've had uploaded a forum on the side quest so we could know better the quest. They did what was given by you kabam. @Kabam Miike Instead of banning them you guys should realise your mistake and do something better and givr justice to other players who didn't put a good of use of it. Just saying. ( not talking about the compensation). And stop banning other players because you did a mistake. I know many people getting happy that they are getting ban, I guess its because of jealousy because they didn't get many ags like other players . If many people got the chances they wouldve done it too. Its normal everyone loves to have as much ag they can get. I hope people will understand what i am saying. Im just talkig the truthm
If you are exploiting a bug well over 3+ times then you are doing it intentionally. You already knew the exact quantity of rewards that you were legitimately supposed to get. If you suddenly decided that you wanted 20 AG, then it's on you. It is a Kabam mistake, but you are still breaking TOS and deserve the punishment wholeheartedly.

168hrs for 10, 12, 15 AG's or few k units is nothing. Still... LOL :P
Actually Kabam is removing all the extra items so...
What about the people that used some? I know people that got 5 or 6 awakening gems and used then knowing Kabam screwed up. Will they roll back the champs as well?
YEp, and they can also add negative items like the negative units before.

personally i’m fine with the one week ban, you exploit, you get punished. but i find it very stupid how everyone receives the same ban, i’ve got alliance mates that ran it 2 times before realizing who have receive one week bans. but then you have people who have ran paths 30 times very obviously and they receive the same ban period. imo this is some complete bs, i think that ban periods should scale with how many times exploited instead of having the same punishment for people who didn’t realize and massive exploiters
