Major issues with recovery timings, dexterity, and all combat mechanics [Under Investigation]

Parry is broken.
Dexterity/evade is also broken.
Recovery time has been increased in all areas of combat so badly that the AI gets guaranteed hits on specials and heavies now.
And the AI has faster recovery time too.
Look how slow my Hypo is and I immediately evaded once he started his heavy.

^Increased timings is the norm now and started immediately after maintenance ~2 months ago. Immediately! It was so noticeable. Pre maintenance 2 months ago I could keep a combo going in LOL, after maintenance it's much harder. You can't play the same anymore. Everything hits now.
Our time needed to recover between:
evading then evading
blocking then evading
punching then evading
evading then countering
...is so huge that the AI gets free reign to do whatever it wants (specials, heavies, parries, follow up attacks). It's ridiculous.
More ridiculous recovery time. Since when does the AI ever recover when we block their medium attack and immediately counter? Never! They can't. It's not possible. Pre 12.0 or even several months ago this was a guaranteed hit.
I evaded his heavy with enough time to spare but our champs are so slow and the AI recovers faster. Ridiculous.

More nonsense. Recovery is so slow that the AI gets free attacks in and I can't do anything about it. We used to have a bigger window to do things now it's almost nothing and the AI is gluing heavy and special attacks to us.

Forget the lag for a minute although I think every player should receive a permanent weekly compensation package filled with tons of potions and revives until these issues get fixed, but that's another issue.
It's clear that dexterity length and all the timings associated with combat are being changed and distorted. It's so obvious at this point, and I'm fed up! Games are played under the assumption that it's a clean and fair one but the blatant meddling with timings is so sickening and discouraging.
Hope we can get some answers regarding these issues.

When I try to block my controls will randomly dash forward and do a medium attack. This is extremely annoying when fighting in aq/aw etc. it seems like I have to touch the farthest 1/8 of my screen to prevent this from happrning(guessing on the 1/8). How can I get this fixed. I’ve seen a few other posts regarding a similar issue.

I hope someone gives us some answers. It's really discouraging playing under these conditions. It's not a fair game at the moment.
So frustrating the game play is.
When fundamentals of the game doesn’t work - i don’t know what else could go wrong with this game.
And shame on kabam of ignoring the issue for that long.

The Hypo/Antman thing? I played that fine. I instantly evaded after his heavy animation started but my champ's movement was too slow. They've changed timings and recovery for us.
