I noticed KT1 was able to get him down using Apoc and Mister Fantastic synergy. But I missed how he did it - and I’m now stuck. Lol. Any one have any suggestions as how to get pass this guy?

I haven't tested, but I guess you could use sabretooth with KM synergy to see if you can reverse the regen with mr fantastic debuffs too
This seems like a really poorly designed fight in my opinion. Not because it’s hard, I’ve just done it with Apoc. But it’s just too niche.
There is only 1 mercenary that can do it, and that’s only theoretically Sabretooth with KM synergy and Mr fantastic pre fights.
The other option is Apoc who I used. I guess it’s possible torch pre fight can do it, but you have one chance to do it, can’t parry heavy to keep temperature up and with energise and his power gain, it’s all but impossible.
It’s one thing to have a debuff shrugging regen champ, and have the counter be passive heal block, but when all those champions do 5% damage it’s just ridiculous in my opinion. Maybe there’s a bunch of champs nobody is thinking of, but right now, this seems far too niche design.
The good thing about this is a 4* Apoc could do it, since it’s reversing regen. But you’ll need despair.

Let's create a quest to use mercs, but they're all useless to kill the final boss? What are you thinking Kabam?
This design is stupid in all honesty.
I was looking forward to a fun Variant which it was until this dumb boss fight.
What’s the point in making it for Mercs if no Mercs can take VP down?
Just an FYI, you NEED the 1 shot. If you die, Apoc no longer works and you need to restart.
