@Kabam Miike I can’t help but feel this is the worst decision from kabam yet..you tell us not to exploit bugs like this because you’ll ban us, much like you banned people for y’all’s mistake months ago, and now your basically saying thanks and congratulations here’s 20 free 6* crystals and a bunch of 7* shards to everyone who took advantage of it knowing it was a mistake. Whoever made this decision shouldn’t be in charge of making decisions. Thanks for giving me a solid reason to quit after 5 years of hard work though! People progressing their account in 5 mins more than honest people can in weeks is a dealbreaker for a lot of people. We have 37 people quitting so far
Cheaper gas isn’t gonna bring down the integrity of the entire game. People work very hard to get 6*s, and some people getting 20 free ones and a bunch of 7* shards makes people have a huge advantage over those that didn’t. Battlegrounds will be harder, war defenders will be better, and people will have 7*s that wasn’t even close to having enough shards. How is that balanced?

When you say only a small chunk of players got it, I'm sure these are the ones that are more competitive/active so this will increase the gap between the competitive ones and give them undue advantage over others. What is the harm in giving out same rewards to all TB+? Atleast everyone will be at the same level
Yes, we are frustrated and this is your fault. I'm sure the rewards would have been reverted if it was possible for you guys. The rollback was quite complicated with a lot of complexity so you guys resorted to easy way out and painting it like you care for summoners.

The bottom line is, if it was game-altering to the point that it created an imbalance in the game, they would have removed them. They're not picking and choosing to say it's a small number overall. Good way to handle this. I wasn't quick enough to purchase it. But since a couple more 6* champs to an account wont 'break' the game I think it was a good choice to let them keep it. Others will be lucky next time. Hope those summoners good something good from their crystals
Although I know it was a mistake, I feel like the economy of the game has been tilted, meaning most of my matches in battlegrounds will have shiny new 6 stars because of taking advantage of the situation. It's pretty farfetched to ask for compensation and i get that, but it wouldnt hurt the new thronebreaker accounts.

Some players were able to 200k 6* shards. Not every TB, just some. Paragon doesn't have the offer that was bugged. We have different ones so it doesn't affect us anyway.
Just some? Do you know the number and can tell us for sure, in comparison to how many many people play the game that you could casually use the word "some" to describe the amount who got it to who didn't get it? No matter if it was offered to these players and not those players...either way it's unethical and some hit the jackpot apparently and some are left with whatever other **** there is to offer. No matter how you put it "some" might of benefitted from the offer but "many" of us got cheated!
Gwenpool's Bubble Bauble Blowout ititially released with an error in the Bauble Store for 'Bundle 1' for Thronebreaker accounts. The offer displayed and awarded 10,000 six-star shards instead of the intended 1,000 six-star shards. As soon as the team was aware they removed the bundle; it was live for 48 minutes before it was taken down.
The team has come to a decision and will operate as follows:
Anyone who purchased these bundles with the error in place, will be allowed to keep the shards and rewards from subsequently opened crystals. After looking at the data we saw this was a very small number of players.
We believe this is a solution that best takes into account the interests of both the Summoners and the Contest.

I see right through this. This response was about the only thing that pissed me off ....if it's such a tiny player base then how hard is it to go in the game and fix it?? 15-16 6 star champs is a huge deal. I'm f2p and that prob takes me about 3 months to get ...and not only did some people get it, but they got it for free (100k Gwen bubbles or whatever the hell they are)....good for the people who took advantage of it though. I know I would have lol. Seriously ...that's the equivalent to winning a kabam lottery. .....again, kabam should have just sent a message out that said.....damnit....we suck and we are sorry to 99.9% of our summoners. Don't blow smoke and act like it was 12 people....I've seen dozens of posts on YouTube videos of people's pulls from this disaster....soooo not only are you saying "sorry we're not sorry" but you also came on here and told everyone else that it's not a big deal (it's a small amount of people). Just own up to it....don't turn a mistake into a lie to the whole community. ....again if it's such a small amount of players then why don't you just send out like an extra 200k Gwen coins to everyone BUT those select few? .....that would have been the right choice, especially if it was only a handful of players you would have to exclude.
Yes. Let's incentivise people to exploit glitches and bugs to get rewards because they might get to keep them. Remember sometime back when you guys banned players for a week because they took 10 5* signature stones from a quest?
If the rewards were published ahead of time, then yes that would be taking advantage of an exploit. Knowingly going down the same path that you should only be able to go down once is different.
Honestly it was better to keep the bundle that way (10k instead of 1k) since 6 stars are more available now than before and spring cleaning should bring some excitement towards it.
We need more excitement for this kind of stores in this game. Since 7 stars are coming in two weeks 6 stars should be made more available for higher progressing players so you can look forward to progressing that high
Because I have no other way of fighting back, I went into the Store and granted them a 1* review. I suggest others who feel this way do the same. If they go under 4* they might start paying attention.
Guys. This post is full of salt. Did they mess up? Yes. But even if 10% of the whole player base got a couple extra 6* champs. Just be happy for them. They saw a great offer, they got it. If you looked into the store right away you would have seen it aswell and got it. Jealousy is a very very poor trait to have. You`ll get lucky next time.
