lol, if you think compensation isn’t due for an unplayable game mode that basically imsta-kills your character in zone 14 like it happened to me, you’re tripping

This may include return of items used, units spent on buying incursion items or additional artifacts given. We are actively discussing this with the game team. It’s really amazing they have let it gone on this long without updating us on what’s being done.
They are probably overwhelmed trying to come up with the next WoW combination where we can only use Groot, SP1’s, can only cause damage with specials, while having 3 power stings on us at all times.
It’s not only happening in incursions, I had it yesterday in the monthly quest too. Could it be tied to a specific scenario? Ultron? When any of the fighters launch an special it looks like the ultron scene in the background.

How did those of you that say you got through some of the fights with a black screen actually win a fight if you can't see what's going on?
the game always goes on a matter of timing. just charge and attack and if they block, retreat back and intercept them or parry them, just listen for the sounds and then its a matter of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 retreat repeat. its just like grinding arena while watching tv.. just listen for the game sounds and respond
Can’t believe this still hasn’t been fixed And not even a word of update…
Worst of all when you force close the fight to restart with 50% less health in hopes that the lights come back up… you lose Galan and Odin pre-fights and horsemen etc.
I also want to point out if it hasn't been already that the black screen issue is not limited to incursion but has happened numerous times to me when fighting Dust in the Event Quest.
Anyone else getting weird color combinations when using their striker as well? Noticed it last night. Same color for both the striker and the defender. Background goes black but the champs stay the same color. Also, the screen will black out and you will only see Dust's special animations. Interesting stuff.

Same thing just happend to me. I was looking for 150 7* shards…but no, not today…
