Cannot hit into blocks anymore. Somehow the AI will launch a special or Dex while doing a 3 or 4 hit combo into a block. For reference I'm using OR and keeping spores on/trying to break block and I'm getting smashed in the face with specials.

For reference I’m using an iPhone XS.
I picked a terrible time to go for uncollected, oops.
Before this update, Modok would behave this way when you're fighting him. He seemed to have the unique, unlisted ability to execute an action after 2 hits into his block. This would result in 1 of 4 actions:
1. You'd hit into his block and he'd continue blocking during his window. The player would see no change.
2. You'd hit into his block and he'd try to attack. Since the player was already attacking, this would appear as a dropped block on Modok's part, meaning he'd block the first 2 hits and then start receiving hits mid-combo.
3. You'd hit into his block and he'd evade. No other champ without some sort of Auto-evade mechanic can do this. You'd hit into his block and then he'd evade your 3rd strike, leaving you open for a counter attack.
4. You'd hit into his block and he'd activate a special during his window. Similar to #3, you'd be vulnerable to his special attack as your attack has already been executed, so you're not blocking or evading.
What I'm seeing now is that all enemies in all game modes have this mechanic now. Plenty of champs who don't have auto-evade are now able to execute an action when you're hitting into the block. It wasn't like this before and such a change was not listed in the change notes.
Also noticing it quite a few times with omega red, although could be because i have been playing him a lot recently so that's why i am seeing it. but i have pretty much experienced it on most champs i usually play since the update
Hitting into opponent block (he was NOT one that can evade), and between hits 3 and 4 the opponent suddenly fired off his SP3.
Need more patches
Pushing opponents to S2 is a pretty common strategy and attacking into block was a way to do it.
Not to mention using sentinel+masacre relies quite heavily on attacking into block.
