I think it’s due to lag or maybe an intentional delay programmed into the AIs. I notice that they seem to walk or step into their punches now or maybe hesitate just slightly before throwing them. It’s annoying for sure.

From playing him one thing I think that would be amazing for him would be for his cool down to speed up the more rage stacks you have. A general rule I keep to myself when playing him is to at least have 6 rage stacks before starting his rotation. Realistically I’ve found that once I’m at about 2 bars of power I can go for medium, medium, parry medium, heavy cancel, sp2. Probably not, maybe at max sig he might be impressive because his numbers look impressive, but its hard to say as I’ve never seen any actual gameplay footage of him at that level. Either way he’s a pain to play and largely inaccessible due to needing to be maxed out.

Yea he’s seems more then practical to be honest. https://youtu.be/y04nFHxc7g0 This is with synergies, but the rotation seems fairly simple even without the extended buff duration, at least rom the other videos I’ve seen. My biggest concern was that he would suck against limber or stun immune, but he looks fine.
