1. Lack of oversight. You 1000% should have considered the consequences of changing act 4 and had a plan in place. It should have been ready to launch the DAY act 4 was revamped. This should not even be a problem in the first place. Now that it is you should have multiple people working on fixing it because obviously there are options. @SummonerNR had two very good ones for you if you need help.
2. Your communication has been abysmal. There's no other way to say it. You have given three updates on this situation and your most recent one has me super worried. you are pushing back the timeline but how far? Another month? Three months? A year? Maybe you just want us to forget about it altogether.

I assume the user got permanently banned for that post? If so why? He spoke the truth. are you going to ban every person who comments on this thread?
I noticed that too. 1:33PM he sent that message, and looking at his record many people typically agreed with him. Nothing OP said was out of pocket, its a fair analyst of the situation that many players agree with. Typically if there is a set deadline that far out in advance, it should be followed. Procrastination isn’t Miikes fault as atleast he is the only one who communicated at all about this situation, but everything we have received has been very vague and indirect. After 6 months should be a clear answer from anyone on the team, mastery points are pretty big especially in competitive formats.
Maybe miike didn’t like him saying the situation was abysmal? Or that he wouldn’t let this thread die? Either way those don’t constitute a perma ban let alone a jail. Not a good look for Mike if you ask me.

There is a need to be bumping this as we are losing a competitive advantage every day in bgs and war. Like I said before when you moved your timeline back, there shouldn’t even be a timeline. Stop making us the bad guys when you should have had a solution ready. Pinning it on others and perma banning them isn’t helping this issue at all

Bumping the thread doesn't help in any of those situations. I have told you that testing is underway, and there is no way to physically make anything move faster. There are tech requirements that take time to navigate, and bumping a thread doesn't remove any of those requirements or make anything move faster. I get that you're frustrated, I am too, but that doesn't change the timelines.

sure but you have another account so likely you are better at this game than someone new caught up in this that doesn't have an alt account. Not everyone has the same skill level in this game and different people will be affected differently. on top of that which mastery points you are not able to get does make a difference (along with which champions you have)

Basically, earlier today some reports of a few people having an “extra” point show up (so showing 60 or 61, depending on their Necro quest status, so 1 more than normal max).
Jax replying.. “will revert the accounts with the additional point”, was referring to that. And said it was due to preliminary attempt to do the *actual* correction for the missing point(s).
Damn, I think giving everyone who have completed act-4,5 the updated rewards would be faster and less resources intensive at this point?
Rewards aren't ground breaking at all to higher players and going the route of giving everyone would probably save them a lotta headache.
Handpicking the eligible players did nothing but waste the times of game team and players as well, those rewards are now like what? 6 months old now, game progression have bumped over the roof for act-4,5,6 players due to Banquet.
Giving everyone the updated rewards on day-1 would be quick and easy, idk who on meetings thought that new act-4,5 rewards to everyone will be too much of a big deal.

That wouldn't work tho, as if everybody gets an extra mastery point the imbalance remains, the only real difference would be that everybody has an extra mastery point
