Ingjust Banning: Seeking Clarity and Fairness from Kabam

Yesterday morning, to my great surprise, I found myself banned from the game. Initially, I thought it was a bug as I have never violated Kabam's policies. Initially, I asked my alliance members if they were experiencing the same issue, and I discovered that this was something that happened only to me. Trying to understand the issue, I found out that according to Kabam, I had used third-party software. This is completely false, as mentioned earlier, I have never done anything like that.

I contacted technical support, and they informed me that the ban is for 7 days, and they cannot provide explanations because it would reveal their anti-cheat methods. This practice seems absurd to me; it's like the police arresting someone without providing any evidence, citing the need to keep their investigative methods secret.

I feel defamed by Kabam, as they are accusing me of misconduct without any basis. How is it possible that I am banned for 7 days without adequate explanation? As a player who financially contributes to the game, I expect fair and transparent treatment. I am seriously considering involving consumer associations to assert my rights. I hope that this issue can be resolved fairly and promptly.

Whether there was cheating or not they should at least state the exact violation as in the particular 3rd party software used. I don't see how stating what the violation was exactly for would expose Kabam's methods for identifying such software. What if something was being use inadvertently? How can they fix it then if they don't know what to fix?

The window that shows when trying to access the game generally states the reason for the ban now. It will give the ToS section. OP mentioned it was for 3rd party software.

Guys, again No VPN, NO MODS, NO MERCS, NO 3rd PARTY sw.
The only think that I did was, 3 weeks ago, open a ticket with Kabam to request the removal of the Immortal Guillotine 6-star sword that I accidentally purchased instead the 7 star.
So maybe that the operator that did this make some mistakes, but this is not my fault.
I've never cheated in 7 years, why I should do this now?

Since its only 7 days, I dont think its anything huge, so I think it could make sense that the ban its not that accurate, maybe anything in your mobile has been detected as 3rd party if it affected the game in any way, as an example, there are base apps on some phones that try to make the games run faster, maybe it was something like that and you were banned just because of that, but since they didnt know how much of an advantage, cheat, or hack it was, it was only 7 day ban.

Idk just making up some theories
