Remove Help button from Arena

Tapping for help can waste a lot of time while doing arena further if a player doesn't want to get help yet he have to scroll down to select champions because used champions are shown at top
My request is to disable that help button (just like a player got while he's not in alliance) and reduce the cool down time to the extent of help

There's also an availability sort. You see it when you click the filter icon on the lower right of the selection screen. Very useful when used in conjunction with hero rating.

Somewhat agree with OP , having to ask for help which, everyone doing arenas would want, should be an automatic.

Get rid of the request for help button and just automatically apply for help after each arena set. I’m guessing the point of the button in the first place is to bring more of a team aspect in alliances, which is fine but the current function has to be reworked.

Also, the request help button isn’t always available to be pressed in the current game anyways.....

The help requests should be automatic and there should be a “help all” instead of just 4. Failing that, they should just fix them. Half of the time I can’t request help, and giving help is always a chore.

Yeah, it's riddiculous and should be removed. It wastes so much time. I play arena casualy and got only 40k wins, assuming each help tap takes 1 sec, it's over 11hours wasted on tapping help. Combine it with all helps pressed by other players ever, and you will get astronomical number of hours this useless, badly designed option has wasted. It's just bad for overal gaming experience

Well it would be great if kabam can add a small button for asking help for all heroes at once. It will definitely help us save time.

I suspect HELP button was designed by the very top Kabam's Director, none of the Kabam staffs dare to mention it or tell him/her the truth (that everyone hated this HELP BUTTON idea).

Get rid of the help system altogether. It's amazing that a system this poor is allowed to remain for this long.

It causes delays in the system, there are no persistent filters to bypass it, please get rid of this system already.

On my android device, it's about 5 seconds for the arena help button to refresh for each champ after a press. After grinding out my whole 4*/5* roster this takes about 10 minutes of mindlessly pressing help. Good times.

I don't think they can get rid of this system that easily because there are ao many events going on with loyalty. And removing help means we will be cutting of the source of loyalty. I know we have other ways to get loyalty but still helping system gives us 1000 loyalty per day which is quite good. Instead of removing they should give some accessibility like pressing one button will ask for all help or at least 3 heroes at once. This way it won't consume that much time.

I'm just saying while doing arena the help on champs should be automatically tapped I.e player playing the game in arena mode should not tap on help asking to it's alliance members

Just take the time off that help would normally give. Put the loyalty in the daily rewards if ur in an alliance.

Sure it would be a huge help to their servers too.

Just had to do my entire team for 3rd time in less than 12 hours woot..

Wouldn't be so bad if the help button actually worked. Go back to arena and the champs you've used all need help again. Do a dungeon and they all need help again. Try to clear the helps from the alliance and the help 4 stops working. It's so glitchy and so pointless. Just give us the loyalty and drop the help system.

Well, I'm not sure what's going on, but the arena recharge help request has been pretty fast the last couple days to a speed that seems acceptable. Best I've experienced in a long time, and consistently too. That's been on my Galaxy S6.

I'm impressed! I have to give Kabam credit for now. Perhaps the cries have been heard. We'll see how long it lasts.
