I think a bit of transparency today might help chill the masses. A few others beyond myself have stated the same about what likely caused this to happen. Just be honest. The cluster of bugs with 19.0, which lead to the decision to delay the rollout of the new AQ rewards, which then lead to someone forgetting to reinstate the old AQ system properly when it was supposed to be removed. It seems to be the most likely of causes for EVERY Alliance being put back in Normal. There's still time to shut it down and start it over. At this point, it's the only way to fix this without everyone being even more P.O.ed than they already are. The need for 3 players to join, the lack of Glory, the wrong Map crystals, the Prestige bumps will likely be lower per completion.... too many details to allow this to continue IMHO. For the player's sake, for all Alliances effected, for the company's image. I would HIGHLY recommend being up front with this, shut down AQ, and restart it fresh tomorrow. To be honest, if it went down this way, it's a small oversight. Problem is, these "small oversights" are happening a bit too often. Frankly, I'm not interested in being mad at humans for making mistakes. It happens. However, I have far more respect for those who can be up front, and tell the truth when things go sideways. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. Best of luck in preventing things like this down the road.
This is absurd. Kabam: you have absolutely zero quality control. Your testing is flawed to non-existent, your product is rapidly degrading past unstable into nothing but a pile of **** that is even now giving devices risk of damage. What are you going to do about it? People need to be fired and honestly, you need to be shutdown. You are past the point of incompetence and squarely in the arena of gross negligence.
The game literally needs to be shutdown until you can roll this most recent change back and then fix everything on the board from square one.
A complete outage would be preferable to day after day of incompetence and failure. This is so far beyond "compensation". It's lunacy. Shut it down.

“Free” as in “it’s all free” to run every map or as in “free to do what you want?” Because I’m guessing people don’t want to pay resources to get lower tier rewards.

What do you mean were free to? Do we have to waste our time and do this to get the compensation or are we able to just say never mind without penalty for not participating. Also we haven’t even received compensation from last AQ fiasco. Please clarify.
Could we please have an update soon? I imagine there are several thousand alliances that have already hit the milestones for the normal tier... Will we be compensated for lost rewards? Will we be compensated for map costs this week? Will the alliances be placed back into their proper bracket? Or will we have to go 2 weeks and advance through normal and advanced brackets?

Zibiit is basically saying we get to keep these puke rewards on top of it.

Kabam, you need to be clear what will the compensation be and how will it be decided. Do we run our map 6 and push aq score or not. Depends on that. If we're gonna get a standard compensation then it makes no sense for us to push map 6s to get the same rewards as everyone.

No compensation should be based upon this currently running AQ its messed up, its caused alliances to mess up and many did not even start because they were not sure if it would cover the resources to enter or not from rewards or compensation
I think what they are trying to say is, this is the last AQ with bracket system anyways, we could fix it of course but it's really not worth it since bracket system will be gone next AQ series anyways. Is a weekend and we only have a full team dealing with server outages but no one can really do anything about this until Monday which is already day 3. No point of restarting AQ because the brackets will still be wrong.
Why would we need to "wait for aq to be finished"? You guys pull "emergency maintenance" all the time. Every alliance worth anything in this game would tell you they'd gladly have this round of aq suspended until you fix this. I'm extremely confident saying that. I'm not going to put my resources into map 5 while this nonsense is ongoing. If that's what you meant by "we are free to run through it", you're delusional. If, on the other hand you mean you're making the maps free, well then I guess we'll continue just to not get rusty. But, no, waiting for the aq series to be finished is unacceptable.
