Hi all, is this available on thronebreaker difficulty? I don't recall it coming up.... Does it pop randomly, or can you force it to pop by completing the lower difficulties? I've not seen it for the last 4 months of running TB EQ only, so not sure if that's why I'm no longer seeing it.
