Do you think Immortal Hulk needs a tune-up?

We've seen and learned three things (flaws) from his gameplay videos:
1) His Rage stacks will be difficult to keep up
2) His Immortality can be bypassed with AAR
3) He lacks in utility
The purpose of this poll is to address the first point only, but feel free to leave your thoughts below.

You don't even have immortal hulk to test him out
This isn't an unreasonable ask by the way, and it's pretty obvious from the gameplay videos that keeping his rage stacks up is going to be really difficult, especially if the AI is passive.
And better it's done in the early stages rather than later if you ask me.
We’ll need to see though
I mean that not every new champ has to be in the top 'tier' (I hate this word)
I am not gonna waste anymore of my time
Edit: Oh, I see. Forget the content creator I'm just focusing on the gameplay.

Because why not?
Watching BG trying to keep Hulk from getting KO'd when Immortality was on cooldown was an eye opener. Stun Immune & Unstoppable mechanics not looking too good for this guy.
Watching BG's stream intently hoping to be proven wrong ..
I'm just critiquing the champion's design. Sometimes it's not hard to spot whether the champion has serious flaws or not.
On the one hand we're told that this champion has a very aggressive playstyle, but you could comfortably get down to 1% with at least 15 seconds left on the Immortality cooldown timer.
The solution to avoiding that situation? Play around it. So on the one hand we're told to play aggressively but for a very large part we might have to play conservatively as well.
I commend Kabam for trying something new, they just need to fix the numbers a little bit.
Or maybe he's not built at all for long fights. All tests I've seen are in ROL. But that's not a good sign either.
(And this post reminded me of some great ones like Apocalypse is a dud, CGR new best cosmic , domino lame etc etc.)
Bear in mind, there will be rebalances in the future that will tune down champions.
Let's not get stuck with the idea that nerfs can only happen immediately while buffs can only happen after 2 years.
You don't need a degree in rocket science to know that an aggressive playstyle plus an uncooperative AI don't make a good match.
So I just saw something interesting @Chikel :
BG was heal blocked at the beginning of the fight against Scarlet Witch, and he couldn't activate Immortality. That means he had to spend 50 seconds at 1% and hope that he doesn't get heal blocked the second time to regen; assuming he stayed alive to make it to the second time.
BG got knocked out, didn't revive, deemed it impractical and quit ROL.
